ICC is non acceptable for Africa and Africans!!

The international criminal court is a weak organ and more political under the influence of western countries to force third world countries to follow what they want!!It has never helped our continent to develop !!!

Why do I say that?? Recently ICC has given an order to make an investigation on what happened in Burundi one year or two years ago !!But they did not see the importance to make such warrant of arrest to arrest the following people who has committed crime against humanity

1.the killing of sadam Hussein which resulted into divisions among the people of Irak is not for them a crime against humanity

2.the killing of Gadhafi which resulted into divisions among the people of Libya is not for them the crime against humanity

3.the killing of Laurent kabila which has resulted into invasion of DRC by neighbouring countries and the killings of more than 5 million people including Children and pregnant women,old people ,rape of children, is not for them the crime against humanity!!
4.the assassination of president Juvenal Habyarimana which was followed by Mass killings of hutu and Tutsi is not for them the crime against humanity

4.the assassination of president Ndadaye of Burundi which was followed by mass killing of Hutu and Tutsi , insurgency of many refugees in Tanzania ,is not for them the crime against humanity

5.what is happening in Siria is not for them a crime against humanity!


They are many incidents in this world and some of them are known and organized by know people .still alive today but the ICC has never seen the need to issue any investigation!!


A most powerful organ is not there to wait until a crime to occur but to prevent such crime to occur!!

Not only that the ICC is not acceptable but it is also non sense!!

We have seen since the creation of this world many organs have been operating but they have not helped the human kind to live in harmony!! The example is the world war I,World war II,the killings of Israelites, colonization ,,. During all these events ,the united nations was there,the African union was there etc, now it the time of ICC to investigate why poor people are being killed why they do not want to investigate reach people who organize those killings!!

All African countries and other third world countries should withdraw from this weak organ!!

Yaan kuiunga mkono ICC ni upumbavu sana! Mauaji ya halaiki Rwanda ya meaka 1994, kulikuwapo na UNAMIR, ambayo ingekuwa ndiyo chanzo cha kuzuia maujai yale. General Romeo Dallaire, pamoja na kuwa aliriport mapema kabisa dalili za kuwepo mauaji yale, UN haikuwa tayari kabisa kuzuia. ICC ni upumbavu tupu!

ICC ni upuuzi kweli.
Ila upuuzi wa ICC ni mdogo kuliko upuuzi wa baadhi ya viongozi wa nchi za Africa.
Upuuzi wa kudanganya na kutumia rasilimali za nchi kuandaa na kufanya uchaguzi kama Zanzibar huku mkijua ni usanii ni upuuzi zaidi.
Kupoteza na kuua wapinzani wako kisa uwezo wako wa kiuongozi ni jambo la kawaida Afrika,ambalo ni la kipuuzi kuliko upuuzi wa ICC.
Na wengi tunaumizwa na upuuzi wa ICC kwa sababu ya upuuzi wetu.
ICC ni wapuuzi kwelikweli.

The one who killed Gadaffi and Sadam is not a member of ICC, so ICC ain't mandate over her. If your points were to hold, Why African nations are silent over what had happened in Burundi and in other states if its real matured enough for her to solve its problems
