UK maeneo yapi huko ambako 1 bed room apt ni pound 66,500.00?????? maana ndiyo bei hiyo kwa exchange rate ya 1GBP to 2640 TZS. Hiki ndicho CCM wanakiita uchumi wa soko lakini surprisingly wananchi huwa hawawaulizi how?

I said UK utapata kwa pound 50,000 i mean cheaper tha u think. Sasa nini maana ya NHC? huku UK and other countrys in Ulaya NHC in maana nyuma za bei rahisi kwa wenye misharara kidogo, sasa TZ milion 200 for one bed ni wageni na matajiri ndiyo watakaoweza kununua, serukali inatoa land ya bure halafu tunauziwa nyumba bei gali hivyo!
 
tuunganishie deal tununue europe huku gharama mno. Lakini lazima feasibility studies zimeshafanywa kabla.........

even if is 3 bedrooms still an ordinary tanzanian cant afford that! it shud be 50milli at least! serikali inawapa free land kujenga hizo nyumba abd they are taking it for granted! this is not normal!
