hi, go to start menu and then run command prompt then type regedit press enter search the directory in HKEY_SYSTEM delete that file.hope you'll make it.

Download and use autoruns.exe to get rid of suspicious auto-runing entries.

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx

If the thing keeps re-installing it self to auto-run when the PC starts, do a little prayer, and download Process Explorer (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx) and try hunting down the monster.

It always works for me, you just have to keep a wide open eye for suspicious programs. Try killing them and see what happens. If they dont came back, delete their executables and you are clean; You can then thank your God. If it comes back imediately after killing it, then you may need to hunt the other process that bring it back. An easier way is to suspend suspected processes and attempting the killing of your target.

It is fun sometimer playing with these little things others love to call viruses :). They are just trying to exist ...
