Sasa hivi naona LIVE bungeni dodoma kupitia TBC,wenyeviti wa kamati za bunge wakiwakilisha taarifa zao,inavyoonekana ni kama wamewafunika mawaziri wa serikali ya ccm,je kuna haja ya kubadili katiba tuanze kuwa na wenyeviti wa kamati badala ya mawaziri?"
inavyoonekana wao wana uchungu zaidi na taifa kuliko mawaziri wetu.

DOES IT REALLY EVER MATTER A THING TO ANYONE AMONG THOSE CHARGED WITH GOOD GOVERNANCE ISSUES IN THE COUNTRY???

A million-dollar question that direly begs for immediate answers over possible overlaps, excesses and grave governance concerns!!
Dr Semboja, what can you possibly advise the government in general and parliament in particular about this???

These days it is of a common sight seeing Lowassa addressing press conferences whenever a Gongolamboto comes calling (and NOT Hussein Mwinyi or Vua Nahodha, seeing January Makamba issuing ministerial statements on Dowans, Liganga or Irrigation (and NOT Prof Mwandosya nor Ngeleja), and Zitto Kabwe launching scarthing attack, reprimand, investigation, directives and rulings and NOT the known apparatus meant to do that. This will only seek to make the vicious circle of the widespread misrule and mass-mismanagement a case much more intricate, delicate and so enveloping in confusion and major losses than ever before.

Surely, if Makamba decides on the type of generator to be bought by Tanzania to help correct power blackout situation, circumvents the laws to bring in a second-hand generator (Mtumba), single-handedly identifies the supplier, sets the figure that MUST just be paid to such good sellers to our nation, sources funds from other institutions say like PPF...

... now at the end of the day, how on earth would one still expect such a parliamentary committee otherwise created and directed by the laws to most effectively conduct her founding Parliamentary Watchdog Role of maintaining checks and balances on the implementory Executive arm of the govenment???????????????????????

This is just sick to note - kumbe bora ningekua Mtanzania Mbumbumbu ili niishi kwa UTULIVU zaidi bila kujua chochote kinachotekelezwa ovyo serikalini kwa kutumia kodi yangu kuliko kuwa mtu mwelewa wa mambo halafu nikaendelea kukosa AMANI moyoni kwa kujichagulia kuyanyamazia kana kwamba hakuna chochote cha mwiko kinachoendelezwa na baadhi ya watu kwa faida na maslahi binafsi!!!!

No separation of areas of jurisdiction, powers and responsibilities, not a dim of good governance could ever be hopped for any sooner or later. And with these concerns in mind, I just can rule out a possible UNFAVOURABLE EVALUATION report on Tanzania in a number of avenues in the recent times as of the many well-established international watch-dog organisations; nationally and internationally.

The emanating statistics could futurely be too much of a shock and a shadder to the highly sensitive prospective investor community.
