It depends kama unataka kufanya paper based exam, center hapa Tz ni 1.Dar- International School of Tanganyika kituo kingine 2.kipo Moshi. Kama unataka kufanya Internet based exam kituo ni hapo UCC -UDSM ila nakushauri ufanye Paper based ndio simple ukilinganisha na ile internet based. Ukitaka kufanya mtihani unachagua tarehe ya mtihani then unajisajili online na utalipia au to shorten the story kwa maelezo zaidi we nenda pale Golden Tulip Hotel ofisi za TanSao kuna jamaa mzungu anaitwa Rustard utajisajili pale pale na atakupa maelezo zaidi plus preparation material. Mkuu nenda pale UDSM Computing Center, watakupa procedures zote za kulipia na kufanya. Nilifanya huo mtihani 2006 pale Computing Center wa Internet based.Kwa kifupi unahitaji maandalizi ya kweli, kwenye kuongea lugha, typing speed nk. Kuna vitabu special vya huu mtihani na DVD/CDs za jinsi ya kujiandaa na kuufanya. I had all the resources required at my disposal and my score was great. Without enough time for preparation and relevant resources to pass the internet based exams is very difficulty. Likewise, for GMAT.

Wadau huo mtihan wa toefl au ielts inagharimu kias gani? I mean fee,na pia inachukua mda gan kwa majibu kuwa tayari?

If that is the case then every one would be passing Toefl test. I can't buy your fallacy because toefl nowdays is more than
listening and writting. Your argument could be valid during paper based era. In addition to listening and writting/typing, candidates are now tested their english skills in reading and speaking -for the internet based test (iBT) version. It is all about testing your communication skills in the current academic settings. One also should prepare in notes taking and speed typing (for essay writting) if he or she really wants to ass the test. Preparation for the test in the above mentioned areas is very important, that's is my advice.
