HIRING SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Condic company ltd is a Tanzanian company located at Dar es salaam dealing with importation and distribution of Medical equipment,and hospital consumables
currently the company is looking for a Results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
*RESPONSIBILITIES *
1.Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
2.Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
3.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
4.Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
5.Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
6.Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
7.Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
8.Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
9.Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
10.Continuously improve through feedback
REQUIREMENTS
1.Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
2.Excellent knowledge of MS Office
3.Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
4.Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
5.Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
6.Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
7.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
8.Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
9.Dipoma or certificate in Medical/Health related field
Salary
Salary 200k to 300k per month and bonus for every new customer
