Hili la madaktari tokea Tanzania kuja Kenya linafaa kuigwa kwenye taaluma zote

Nimeona msemaji wa ikulu Kenya akitolea ufafanuzi kuhusu hili suala la madaktari kutokea Tanzania, baadhi ya mambo aliyogusia, kwamba
- Kenya hakuna madaktari kitaa wasiokua na ajira, kila kijana anayemaliza chuo kwenye hiyo taaluma anaajiriwa moja kwa moja (sijui ukweli wa hili).
- Taaluma ya udaktari kwenye nchi za Afrika mashariki huwa huwa imeanishwa kwamba ukipata cheti cha udaktari Tanzania au Kenya hutahitaji mtihani wowote wa ziada kuajiriwa kwenye nchi ya jirani.

Hivyo kwa maoni yangu binafsi, ni bora taaluma zingine zikawekwa sawa kiasi cha kuwafanya wajiamini na kuwa na uwezo wa kuvuka mpaka na kufanya kazi bila mitihani au usumbufu.

Miye naona taaluma nyingine hazina sana skill shortage na ni kama less challenging comparing to udaktari. Ndo maana huko unakuta kuna watu wengi kitaa wakitafuta kazi waliosomea business administration na uwezi kuta daktari au engineer wakizunguka kutafuta kazi.

Suala la kufurahi hao doctors kuja Kenya lina mkanganyiko,

Kuna wale ambao wanafurahi kwa sababu serikali ya tz imeshindwa kuwaajiri no bora wakaajiriwe ambako ajira imepatikana!

Lakini kwa upande mwingine tunailaumu serikali kwa kushindwa kuwaajiri hao madaktari na kuona ni vyema iwapeleke huko!
