President Kagame joined President Museveni, President Kikwete, President Nkurunziza, President Kenyatta for the 15th Ordinary Summit of the EAC Heads of State held in Uganda.

It is time to liberate our people, businesses and capital to allow them to deliver prosperity. That is the true promise of integration"-President Kenyatta, incoming Chairman of the East African Community, speaking on behalf of all EAC Heads of State.
