1.UPPER HILL RESIDENCE GOBA - CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Goba is located in Mbezi , Kinondoni municipality in Dar es salaam. This chosen site is only 5 km from Bagamoyo road (Turning left at Shamo Plaza, following the road past Massana hospital) 30 Minute drive to CBD facilities. The spacious Luxurious villas contain enough space for parking 3 cars, 3 bedrooms plus den,Adequate water supply(Borehole and water tanks for each house), Paved roads,Gated community,High end finishes,Garden etc.. The houses will also be fitted with porcelain floor tiles and zinc coated aluminium roofing tiles which will look similar to concrete tiles.
