to some degree, i agree with you...Uhuruto wamechukua too much loans and with so little development and within a very short time frame..with all these loans, we dont have stadiums, electric rail, greenfield terminal, etc...where did the cash go? .this will have to change or we will be in deep shit

To put 1.78mn acres of land under irrigation
That would see end to hunger cheaper food prices etc
They are still doing feasibility studies

Greenfield terminals was supposed to cost 564mn$
