‘’ hivi mzee nikiwa na milioni mia sita naweza nikafungua kituo cha kuuza mafuta yaani (petrol station)? Maana haiitwi sheli.... sheli ni jina la kampuni ya kuuza mafuta zamani zileee kama leo ilivyo Total, Puma, Engen, Kobil n.k

Alinijibu hivi;
‘’kijana wangu kama umeuza nyumba ya urithi umepata hiyo pesa ni bora ufanye biashara nyingine tu, hiyo pesa ni kidunchu mno usione watu wanamiliki vituo ukadhani ni biashara ya mzaha! Baada ya kuniambia hivyo nikataka kujua kidogo hayo masharti na hizo changamoto zake zipoje?

‘’ 1.kwanza mafuta lazima unnue kwenye terminal ambayo inamiliki kituo mfano kama kituo chako ni Gapco huruhusiwi kunnua terminal nyingine hata kama bei imepanda au kukiwa na upungufu wa mafuta inakubidi usubiri sio kunnua kwingne.
2.Mafuta unapangiwa ujazo (lita) za kununua kwa kila mwezi na hiyo ipo kwenye mkataba, mfano unaweza kuambiwa kwa kila mwezi unatakiwa kunnua lita 80,000 ni lazima unnue haijalishi kama hauuzi hiyo ni juu yako lazima unnue kila mwezi.
3.Pamoja na kuwa unanunua mafuta yao lakini kituo unakilipia kodi kama kawaida.
4.Na ili upate wateja wengi lazima uwe na msingi mkubwa yaani biashara ya mafuta mwenye msingi mkubwa ndio mwenye wateja wengi.....kivipi?
Ipo hivi unapouza mafuta kuna watu watanunua kwa cash (hawa huwa hawanunui mafuta mengi) na kuna kampuni ambazo (hazitanunua kwa cash yaani wao wanapohitaji unawajazia unaandika mwisho wa mwezi mnapiga hesabu unalipwa) kampuni hizi utakuta zinamiliki magari madogo, malori au mabasi yanayokwenda mikoani mfano unapata kampuni moja tu ya NEW FORCE hebu fikiria lile basi moja kutoka dar mpaka sumbawanga linatumia lita ngapi?
