Job Description for Germany Speaking Coordinator.

We are looking for a professional, dedicated, and organized Germany speaking Coordinator to join our Team. The individual will be responsible in handling Germany speaking clients, such as Briefing, Booking, translation, maintaining service standards, budgeting, monitoring systems, processes of the call center and other duties as assigned by Management.

Ø Handle Booking.
Ø Briefing and de-briefing.
Ø Collecting feedback from clients.
Ø Make follow up of any lost luggage’s.
Ø Communicate with client for any amendment in program and/or flight schedule.
Ø Ensure that valid documents and permits are acquired prior commencement of any Trip.
Ø Maintain client booking.
Ø Ensure guests have the best possible Experience at Zara Tanzania Adventures, look after all their questions and queries and deal with all issues in a polite, helpful and responsive manner.
Ø Familiarize yourself with standards expected from Safari department, Assist and make sure that the standards are exceeded.
Ø Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or certificate in Germany Language, Tourism and hospitality studies.
2. 2-3 years previous work experience in Tourism and Hospitality industry (Handling Germany client).
3. Detailed knowledge of the surroundings, National Parks, distances etc. need to know the country 100%.
4. Must have excellent command ofGermany language from recognized institution, any other foreign language will be an added advantage.
5. Must have excellent command of the English language and good computer skills. Including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
6. Must be a well-organized, communicate effectively, and proven decision making abilities.
7. Applicants are required to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and night schedule as necessary.
8. Must be able to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail.
9. Ability to work well under pressure.
10. Must have knowledge of how to handle complaints.
11. Must have organization & Guest Relation skills.
12. Courteous and smart in appearance.
