I agree with you there is no true substitute for a true thing! gnld food supplements are not substitutes, they are the real things! Just think wewe mahindi unakoboa unatupa kiini (lipids), gnld wanalima mahindi wanatoa hicho kiini wanaki pack katika form ya pill wanakwambia ukila hiyo pill unakuwa umepata lipids, JE WAMEFANYA SUBSTITUTION? Pill ni package tu, cha muhimu ni content ya hiyo pill kaka!
