Fizikia ya ajali (The Physics of Accidents): Mabasi yetu yanaundwa au kuunganishwa wapi?

Kuna proffessor mmoja Mtanzania mahili sana katika nyanja hii,yeye baada ya kumaliza engineering hapo UDSM alifanya kazi kidogo hapa na kisha kuhamia Marekani,ni proffesor wa kutegemewa sana katika nyanja ya usafirishaji,anaitwa DEOGRATIAS EUSTACE,uki google utaona kazi zake kadhaa kuhusiana na mada hii.Yeye ni Associate Proffesor University of Daytoon na ni director wa Transport engineering Labaratory.Anategemewa sana US. Baadhi ya kazi zake ni-

-Simplified method for analysing factors contributing to motorcyclist fata injuries
-Relationship between vehicle colour and Safety etc.
Uki-google utagundua ni jinsi gani huyu proffesor wa Kitanzania,kijana mdogo tu anavyotumiwa hadi na jeshi la marekani kutoa mafunzo mbalimbali juu ya ajali na kinga.Swali je NIT,SUMATRA,POLICE nk wanafahamu uwepo wa mtu huyu mahili anayesaidia kupunguza ajali nchi za wenzetu lakini huku hatumtumii?je hawezi kutumiwa kuandaa mitaala ya NIT na vyuo vingine vya hapa?je hatuwezi kumuomba akaja kutoa lecture au mafunzo maalumu police,SUMATRA etc.Nitawasiliana naye nimuulize anakwenda lini likizo Bukoba ili kama atakubali niuze mawazo haya kwake.

Lakini kamanda wa kikosi husika atakosa kujua japo nusu ya ujuzi wa le profeseri, lakini huyu si kasoma UD unasema, siku hizi hawatoi wataalamu tena, NIT, nao wanasubiri hisani ya profesa???!!!!!

Wizara husika, SUMATRA, TBS, NIC wooote hawa hawana wataalamu wa hii fani???!!!!


Atayeulizia stika ya nenda kwa usalama ntamuuliza elimu yake juu ya magari na vyombo vya moto akishindwa maswali yangu atakuwa hana sababu ya kukagua!!!!!

chanzo unaambiwa barabara.week iliopita ilishaongewa ktk radio siikumbuki.kwa hiyo hii ya iringa chanzo ni tanroad.
 
Mada hii inaweza kuwa chachu nzuri kwa wanasiasa, watunga sera na wasimamizi wa sheria zetu. Huwa nairejea mara kwa mara inapotokea ajali kwa sababu binafsi si muamini kuwa vitu vingi hivi hutokea "kwa bahati mbaya".
 
1.Tunategemea nini barabara ambazo zina mashimo madogo madogo na yanapuuziwa.Au yakikarabitiwa basi utaona wanaweka sijui ni rami au kokoto na habari inaishia hapo.
2.Tunategemea nini kwenye gari ambalo..Body lake limekaa kulia...chasis kushoto.Wengi mnayafahamu,mengine(Bus) utakuta nyuma limebinuka.
3.Tunategemea nini kama uundaji wa hizi body unafanyika hata huku mtaani.Na hata kama mamlaka zinajua..ni kiasi kidogo sana.
4.Je raia tunawajibikaje juu ya mwendo kasi,kimhemko au ni sehemu yetu ya maisha.Kwanini tubishane kwenye gari kuwa mwendo gani huu..mara wengine punguza mwendo.Ila inapotokea ajari lawama zote zinarudi kwa dereva.
5.Uendeshwaji wa magari unazingatia technolijia ya hilo gari au ni kwamazoea tu kwasababu najua kuendesha basi ni kuendesha tu.Tunayafahamu kweli ya mabus mapya ambayo huja na technolijia mpya?
Mtoa mada asante sana.Tutaukataa ukweli ila kwa kumalizia.Kama uundwaji wa kifaa chochote hauzingatii taratibu japo kwa asilimia 50%,dereva hakidhi kiwango kwa 50% na pia barabara zinatengezwa kwa low budget na poor designing na kwa mihemko.Rai nao hatujielewi hasa kipindi cha safari.Hali hii hapa Tz haitoisha.
 
Mie naona serikali iweke usimamizi wa aina ya gari zinazotakiwa nchini na sio kila mtu kuleta kachumbari flavor yake
