Fahamu kwa nini Ndugai hatakaukiwa na tabasamu njia nzima kwenda Bank

Hizi sheria za marupurupu ya viongozi ni lazima ziangaliwe upya kwasababu viongozi wanaoatahili kupata wamekuwa wengi ukichanganya MAJAJI, WANAJESHI, VIONGOZI WAKUU WA SERIKALI ZOTE MBILI etc; na kwa vile siku hizi huduma za afya zimeboreshwa sana because of advancement ya technology, life expectancy yao pia imeongezeka hivyo kuishi Kwa Muda mrefu. Ni vizuri haya Mafao yaangaliwe na yaendane na mapato ya wastani ya mwananchi ; haya Mafao yate indexed such that yaendane na hali ya uchumi wa nchi.
 
Job anakuwa analipwa asilimia 80 ya mshahara wa spika aliyeko madarakani. Kama mshahara wa spika aliyeko madarakani ukionezeka nae wanamuongeza pia.

Nachokufundisha ni kuwa wanasiasa wanachotafuta ni mamlaka ili waweze kutekeleza yale wanataka ila pesa sio issue kwao.

Even though the Speaker of Tanzania's National Assembly, Job Ndugai, has unceremoniously resigned from his post, he will still enjoy most of the pecuniary and other benefits he was accustomed to while holding the high-rank post.

According to the Political Service Retirement Benefits Act (Revised Edition of 2015) Ndugai will be very well taken care of by the government.
The law states that:

A leader who held the office of the Speaker of the National Assembly shall, upon ceasing to hold office, be granted:
(A) a gratuity of the sum equal to 50% of the total sums of moneys received by him as salaries when he held office of Speaker;


(B) An annual pension granted monthly of a sum equal to 80% of the salary of the incumbent Speaker of the National Assembly,
(C) A winding-up allowance of a sum equal to the amount that would be received as salary by the incumbent Speaker in a number of months as may be determined by the appropriate authority.

(D) One motor vehicle to be granted once and which shall be maintained by him;
(E) A driver.
(F) A diplomatic passport for him and for his spouse or spouses.
(G) Seventy litres of fuel per week;
(H) Maintenance allowance for a motor vehicle at a rate equal to 40% of fuel allowance.

Na vipi kuhusu safari za India kuhudhuria clinic,serkali italipa gharama au yeye mwenyewe.

Si mnasema CCM ndio kuna demokrasia na kwamba upinzani ni uDikteta? Ko mtajuana wenyewe huko mafisadi.

Hoja yangu ni kwamba Ndugai kinacho matter kwake ni madaraka sio pesa. Maana hata nje ya siasa ameshaiba pesa nyingi sana zinazoweza mlisha mpaka wajukuu.

Huku kwetu udiwani tu wanahonga wajumbe kuanzia kamati ya siasa CCM mpaka mkutano mkuu wa kata kuanzia elfu 50 kwenda juu. Unadhani bilionea kma Manji kwenda udiwani ni sababu ya pesa?
 
Ivi wanajeshi/polisi wanaostaafu wanalipwa mafao ya kiinua mgongo bila ya mikwaruzo ?

Tatizo sio mpunga, tatizo ni heshima ambayo angeipata kama angestaafu kwa mujibu wa sheria hicho tu. Hata Lowassa anapata haki zote, lakini ile dhana kuwa alilazimishwa kujiuzulu ndiyo inamtesa.

Hapa ndio naomba serikali hasa viongozi waone mzigo kwa walipa kodi kumhudumia huyu mtu!
Huyu ameondoka kwa kashfa na hakumaliza muda wake, hivyo ziangaliwe sheria za kutengua haya malipo
 
CCM ni ileile huyo akishatolewa hapo hakuna marupurupu wala nini ,atahangaishwa nenda ludi mpaka apinde miguu ,na bahati kama hatatafutiwa la kumpeleka jela ,CCM tunaijua ilivyo,halafu kuna wabunge wanawake amedai ili mambo yake yafanikiwe pale bungeni,afanye nini na Ndugai yaani kuna kesi zitamuandama na pale Bungeni kuna CCTV kibao .
