Multiparty democracy was designed to install a popular regime to govern and lead a nation towards societal acceptable destiny………..

However, when an election is perceived to have been stolen, like in our case then the legitimacy to govern of that CCM regime is flimsy and fraught in legal quandary………………It is one thing to be sworn in office but it is another thing altogether to be regarded as democratically elected leader…….and this is the dilemma facing the CCM incoming regime now self-superimposed herself upon us………………

If you want further evidence of CCM overstay in power is incorrigibly illegal look at the ways it has been frantically consolidating power upon herself……remember prior, during and after the elections how CCM deployed the military and security forces to instill fear among the populace…...those are confirmatory signs that CCM’s legitimacy to govern is no longer hailing from the masses or otherwise why should it seek militarily intervention as dints of last resort?……Paradoxically, CCM has been assigning blame to the opposition for her own political gimmickry……this was the highest level of CCM hypocrisy….

When you have a nervous government on the day of her inauguration symbolized by the presidential oath of office transpired to be a day a newly anointed president felt insecure and unsafe and had to put the military and security forces on highest alert then those are symptomatic evidence he knew that we also knew he lacked the legitimacy to govern and lead this great nation…………why would a popular president-elect seek reassurance from the military forces against his own people unless he felt his election to highest public office on the land was insecure and riddled with prickly legality issues……………………………

However, the more the economy continues to nosedive under the CCM’s lack of legitimacy to govern the more the electorate will strive to express pent-up resentment, animosity and anger towards the regime they hardly identify with since it is dubitable that they had elected her in the first place……………..it looks like we are still saddled in a perennial struggle for independence even from our own deceptive leaders………….

As JK has amply demonstrated, prior, during and after the elections, CCM’s legitimacy to govern is now panning out of a credible threat of use of force against our own people……………particularly those demanding greater autonomy and accountability from their leaders…………and that will not be forthcoming if the leadership is not directly chosen by the people but deploy the military and security forces as the dints to upend the will of the people………This will now be a signature of how CCM governs via repression….

By instilling fear among the ruled our rulers contemplate that they will rule us forever regardless of their pathetic services to us……………….that is delusional indulgence because in the 21st Century the aspirations and expectations of the ruled will continue clamouring for meaningful reforms at the institutions of governance notwithstanding the transient wants of the incumbent regime………Sadly CCM disregards meaningful reforms as akin of committing an hara-kiri or should I spell it out in black and white……political suicide?………..Aluta continue………….

Narudia tena RIDHAA YA WANANCHI

Citizens are tired of government services provided and ccm has reveiled that. Thus they have dicided to use gun boot dipromancy.

By introducing Multipartism in early 1990s those in power banked on the fact that the concept is favored by the minority of Tanzanians and it will contunue to be like that forever (i.e. The ruling class failed to understand that, today's minority ideas are tomorrow's majority ideas ). :yield:

Spot on, I must say....................
