Tanzania has been experiencing Executive Arrogance among our leaders seeing things like aliyechagua mchele sukuma ndani, mpiga ngoma sukuma ndani, kisa wameshiriki harusi ya mwanafunzi! Sitambui chama chake kumfukuza uanachama! Mkichagua upinzani hamtapata pesa za miradi! and so many other unconstitutional decisions.

The question is, should we still embrace Executive Arrogance? If not, what should we do?

I really don't know, who you are targeting at, as you talk of executive arrogance. However, executive arrogance is as bad as blasphemy. Getting to a point of underrating and robing other people's dignity in the name of being powerful isn't good and it is ungodly. The old books are Identifying Arrogance with usurping God's position.

And you know what? There is no way ,you can turn God's mandate into your's and remain safe. No matter the magnitude of powers of executive you may have, let you treat others in a required standards and within the parameters of humanity and the laws at large. May leaders get rid of power arrogance and start behaving as people's servants.

Bless you Africa.

The target is to anybody as a leader of any group of people who have their code of leading their society. Should their leaders stick to their laws and bylaws or do whatever they want.
This could be you if you are a leader as I have noted in JF of GT's.
