Tpa is like 5 or 4 floors below pspf taking every storey is 4.2m for tpa basement floors it's like 4.2×5 =21m na bado kwa juu tpa imeipita pspf kama 3 story approx 10m hiv ...that's making tpa above 180m

Height of buildings is measured from the ground up and not from the basement. so please shelf that basement story.
Picha yako inaonyesha vizuri sana kwamba pspf na tpa are actually on a flat surface unlike one member who said pspf was built at the top of 25meter cliff and tpa at the Base.
I did a little research and I found out that TPA is actually made of brick and motor!! Imagine that!
I also found out they are not elastic!! Who would have thought!

Tpa iko almost at sea level ..while pspf iko on higher ground than tpa ..mm kwenu ni Dar na nmefika kwenye haya majengo yote mailing ..so najua wat level they are ..kama unabisha meza tikiti

So from the photo you posted unaona kama PSPF iko 20m above TPA? Wewe utakuwa mwehu.

104 meters 24 floors. Picha nilishaweka.
I had said 22 floors lakini ile top floor imechukuliwa na Akemi Revolving Restaurant ni kama floor tatu zimeunganishwa.
