MEAL is an acronym of Monitoring,Evaluation,Analysis and Learning which is a practice of project/program/business management that emphasizes the need to collect relevant business data both internal and external and utilizing them to make informed decisions about the business processes,procedures and requirements.
A proper MEAL ensures that your business,project or organization is able to adapt to changes internally and external and hence maintain and ensuring business continuity
