The higher truth is:

Opinions are subjective, depend on what political party do you support?

The process to amend Constitution is on going.

But if we have to have honesty discussion, do we really have no sufficient time to conduct Referendum or is it just a political trick?

If we can simultaneously conduct parliamentarian election and general election at the same time, why not add additional ballot box and piece of paper with options as to whether we should adopt the proposed amendments in the Constitution.

The voter will have to just to tick “yes” or “No” as simple as that.

I’m saying that the referendum can be conducted at the same time with the parliamentarian election and general election. It is just additional ballot box and piece of paper.

Finally we have sm with substance. This is healthy discussion/debate, bear in mind Sitta has just introduced electronic vote. Now a Member of Constitution Assembly can vote even when he/she is in abroad.

I think to conduct Referendum after general election is very costly. President was ill advised by ukawa. It is possible to conduct Referendum and general election at the same time.

We may have a little time but it is still a better to have a referendum with a president finishing his last term than have one when we have another hard head CCM president staring his first term

SO far there is no official statement from the government with that regards, the gn marked it on 15th april 2015
