CREATE AN ENEMY FOR YOUR CHURCH
Gwajima's church is now large and thriving, it has become a magnet of attention, attracting more and more customers.. He know that If he is not careful boredom will set on his church as he repeat his sermons, and as people take him for granted.
literature about church business says that It is absolutely important at this stage to create a 'Them versus Us' dynamic. You have to make sure that your followers think that they are part of an exclusive club, unified by spiritual goals with unique access to God.
You can emphasize on being a chosen one with special relationship to God. To cement the hold of this bond- create the notion of a terrible enemy out to stop your ministry. It could be another Pastor, an outsider who is spreading disaffection. This outsider who tries to reveal the charlatan nature of your organization can now be described as a devious enemy.
In meetings you can frequently shout "let all my enemies DIE BY FIRE" Work your followers into warring ‘prayer' frenzy. It may be expedient at this stage to go easy on some of Christ's directives such as love your enemies and pray for those that curse you, rather emphasize the need to fight your enemies because there is a time for peace and a time for war…King Solomon.
Any deficiency in your ideas will be hidden by the zeal of the masses. Passion and enthusiasm will sweep through the crowd like an airborne plague and they will react violently to anyone who disputes with you while getting more committed to your cause.
Gwajima is not crazy and he knows that Tanzanians dont like to read or do research (especially his customers) so lets us expect more of these from this Guy (TRUST ME ,HE IS GOING TO RISK A LOT).
"If you have no enemies, invent one. Given a straw to react against, your followers will tighten and cohere. They have your cause to believe in and infidels to destroy "- Robert Greene
