I was passing through a south african guideline on management of chronic diarhea in paediatrics, they are saying that at that stage of diarhea you can give the kid gentamicin orally 8mg/kg 4hrl for 3 days in combination with other drugs.I want to know how do you administer it,by just crashing the vial or what?

There are hospitals and doctors all over my brother why risk ... dont administer anything you dont know ... otherwise you will poison someone and you will have a case to answer ...
