Nimeona watu wametoa michango mingi sana ila kuna wale wanapotosha, eti kuna mbinu ya kupunguza kilo moja kwa siku. Huo uwongo tu, ifahamike kilo moja ni grams 1,000 hilo haliwezekani.
Binafsi mimi nilikua mnene sana kupindukia, unywaji wa pombe ulichangia pakubwa, zikiwemo hata konyagi ambazo kuna wengine wanadanganya eti inapunguza uzito kisa ina ukali. Ifahamike Konyagi kama pombe zingine ina wanga.

Kilichonisaidia mimi hadi nikawa napunguza kilo moja kwa wiki
- Nilianza kula tango, ifahamike tango ina calories kidogo zaidi ya vyakula vyote. Hivyo kabla sijaanza kula chakula, ilikua naanza na tango kadhaa, kiasi kwamba nahisi nimeshiba halafu sasa hapo nabugia msosi. Hivyo najipata nakula chakula kidogo maana tango zimejaza tayari.

- Nikapunguza wanga, ugali nakula kidogo lakini pembeni najaza vyakula visivyokua na wanga kama mamboga mboga
- Nikaacha pombe kabisa
- Nikaendelea na mazoezi, ifahamike nilikua napenda mazoezi tangu hapo awali japo sikua napunguza uzito hata nikifanya mazoezi makali kiasi gani.

Hivyo vitu vichache tu, baada ya miezi mitatu watu wakaanza kunishangaa. Halafu huna haja ya mazoezi mazito, tembea kilomita tano kwa siku basi.

Mkuuu ua right.. Me nilikuwa mnene na kitambi zaidi ya Komba (R. I. P) mazoezi hayakusaidia.. Nikaacha pombe.. Nikapunguza msosi.. Mazoezi sana tena home tu (Yaani chuma ya nondo) ..saizi nakaribia kuwa na Six Pcks.. Baunsa wa kutosha

Poa sana, japo hapo pa kupunguza msosi ndio panafaa kueleweka vizuri, maana watu wanajitesa kwa njaa bila kuwa na mikakati. Ifahamike ukianza kujitesa kwa njaa na utashangaa maana hutapungua hata kilo moja, maana mwili ukihisi kuna mapungufu ya chakula, unaanza kuingia kwenye defensive mechanisms na kugoma kuchoma mafuta kwa kasi.

Chakula unafaa kula, japo kwa kufuata mkakati. Kwa mfano unapunguza wanga, halafu unakula chakula kidogo kidogo ila kwa interval fupi.

Ndugu hili tatizo ni sugu sana. Kinachotakiwa ni mke wako mwenyewe awe na nia ya kupungua. Kama hana utajisumbua bure tu.

Ili apungue anatakiwa apunguze vitu vya sukari sana na mafuta. Soda, bia, chips, juice zenye sukari nk akae navyo mbali. Najua hapa ni pagumu.

Awe anafanya mazoezi. Kuruka kamba au jogging inamtosha sana. Ahakishe kila siku atenga nusu saa ya mazoezi ya kutokwa jasho.

Nasisitiza km yeye hana nia ya mazoezi utakuwa unajisumbua bure.

Unaweza kumshawishi mfanye wote jogging au kuruka kamba.
mazoezi bila kubadili aina ya vyakula...kamwe hantofanikiwa
