Ndugu hili tatizo ni sugu sana. Kinachotakiwa ni mke wako mwenyewe awe na nia ya kupungua. Kama hana utajisumbua bure tu.

Ili apungue anatakiwa apunguze vitu vya sukari sana na mafuta. Soda, bia, chips, juice zenye sukari nk akae navyo mbali. Najua hapa ni pagumu.

Awe anafanya mazoezi. Kuruka kamba au jogging inamtosha sana. Ahakishe kila siku atenga nusu saa ya mazoezi ya kutokwa jasho.

Nasisitiza km yeye hana nia ya mazoezi utakuwa unajisumbua bure.

Unaweza kumshawishi mfanye wote jogging au kuruka kamba.

dawa nzuri ya kupunguza unene ni mazoezi tu na mpangilio mzuri wa chakula...shemeji yako nae kuna kipindi alifutuka akawa kama puto..akaridhika mwenyewe na huo mwili..kila nikimwambia afanye mazoezi kupunguza mwili akawa anazingua..nikaona dawa yake ndogo huyu..kwa vile alikuwa ananiamini katika swala la kumchagulia mavazi..nikaona ngoja nimkomeshe..basi nikaanza kumnunulia nguo kali ambazo sio size yake..aliitafuta mwenyewe gym ilipo..now kawa kipotabo hata kwa matumizi binafsi..

Sasa hivi Dar. kuna kituo kipya cha Afya amabcho kinapima bure na kutoa ushauri bure na ikihitaji kutumia dawa za asili za kupunguza unene watakujulisha (dawa unanunuwa).

Ninakushauri kwanza mpeleke akapime upate ushauri wa kitalaam, chukuwa fursa hii ya kupimwa bure. Hata wewe pia kapime kwani binadam hatujui ni nini kinahitaji marekebisho mwilini mpaka tupime.

Aache kula usiku...anywe maji mengi...ale balanced diet. apunguze kiasi cha chakula anachokula...sio kula mpaka anacheua...atapungua tu....

Nina uzito/unene uliokithiri na ningependa kuupunguza bila kudhurika kiafya.

Nimejaribu kusoma websites/vitabu kadhaa, wengi wanatoa ushauri/diet plans kutumia bidhaa au vyakula ambavyo naona kama ni vya kizungu, kwa Tanzania sijui kama vipo na kama vipo basi sivijui.

Je naweza kupata ushauri namna ya kupunguza huu mwili kwa kutumia vitu/bidhaa/vyakula vinavyopatikana Tanzania?

Nakushauri nunua mzani bei ni chini ya laki nadhani ipo kuanzia elf 36, pia tape measure.....jaribu kujipima kiuno na uzito kila asubuhi, wewe kula kama kawaida yako kila siku tu....ndani ya kipindi fulani utagundua tu ni chakula gani umekula jana yake kimefanya asubuhi umeongezeka kilo au kupungua....stick kula hicho kinachokufanya upungue na achana na kinachokufanya uongezeke......

Kuna watu wakila noodles au tambi wanaongezeka kilo, ila wali kiasi wanapungua, wakila vitu vilivyoungwa au kukaanga digestion inaenda slow......kuna watu wakila matunda wanagain sababu ya sukari za matunda... kwahiyo tafuta chakula kinacho kufanya upungue...

Hakikisha unajitahidi kula masaa mawili kabla ya kulala.......Jitahidi kabisa uache sukari.....soda na processed food......kula chumvi ya kwenye chakula usiongezee ...maana chumvi madhara yake ina retain maji mwilini...kama unakumbuka wale wanao harisha dawa pia nikunywa maji yenye chumvichumvi....

Kama wadau walivyosema awali tembea kawaida tu kwa dakika 30, waweza kuongeza hadi kilometa 10......kutembea tu sio mpaka utoke jasho na ku maintain style ya juu hapo..

Kingine kama unaweza usile breakast hadi mchana kula kiasi tu ....avoid carbs nyingi, utakayo learn haikuongezei kilo, then jioni kula kiasi tu ....pia avoid sugar... jitahidi kupata usingizi wa kutosha pia avarage kiafya masaa 8......

kama pia husumbuliwi na acidity sana, kula asubuhi kaa na njaa hadi saa 12, nikama kufunga hivi na avoid carbs na sugar kwa wingi au vyakula vinavyoongeza acid tumboni.....Mboga mboga zingine zina acid sana...

Pata choo ikiwezekana mara mbili kwa siku,, asubuhi maji ya vuguvugu yanasaidia iwapo wewe ni vigumu kupata choo.....

I Guess hii haijakaa kizungu sana....mzani uhusike sana.

Mimi nina hakika maji ya moto huyeyusha mafuta yanayoelea tumboni hivyo mwisho wa siku kama unayatumia hayo maji mafuta huyeyuka na tumbo kubwa/kitambi hupungua

Napenda mnijulishe haya mafuta yanapoyeyuka yanaenda sehemu yoyote ya mwili au yanaenda baadhi ya sehemu mfano kwenye makalio na hivyo kumfanya mtu kuwa na makalio makubwa?
Naombeni mnijulishe wakuu unajua kunanwatu wana makalio makubwa ya asili na wengine yanatokana na vyakula vya fat wanavyokula. Vipi tatizo la mafuta yanayokaa hiyo sehemu yataunguzwaje? unajua kuna watu wanapiga mazoezi sana especially hiloneneo husika lakini wapi bado mlima unabakia ule ule! sasa ukitoa operation ambayo ni hatari kuna njia ya kufanya hilo eneo fat yake iiungue? maana mazoezi ni kupoteza mda tuu.


La pili ni kweli pombe kali kama konyagi na nyingine zinareact na hayo mafuta huko tumboni na kuyafuta kabisa? kuna reaction yeyote hapa?

Nimezungumzia konyagi kwa sababu najua makali yake hizo bia ndogo ndogo kama kilimanjaro, tusker n.k najua ni carbohydrate tuu ipo humu hivyo inaongeza sukari mwilini tuu wala haina lolote. Nimebase kwenye konyagi maana ni kali sana pia utengenezaji wake najua sio kama bia nyingine .

Ni kweli, watu tunakula sana, na ukiangalia tunakula wanga na sukari nyingi sana, kulala na njaa sio kitu chema hata kidogo.

Punguza kiwango cha kula vyakula vya wanga, pia punguza sana kula sukari(soda), hivi ndo tatizo, na pia weka utaratibu wa kula(kula pale unaposikia njaa tu) ukipunguza wanga na sukari, utajikuta husikii njaa mara kwa mara, hivyo unaweza kujikuta unakula mara3 au mbili kwa siku.....
