Tunaomba radhi zaidi kwa kuchelewa kupata usafiri mwingine mbadala kwa wakati kwani tuliwiwa vigumu kupata hata mabasi ya kutoka kwenye makampuni mengine kwa wakati kutokana na ukweli kwamba msimu huu ni wa sikukuu za mwisho wa mwaka, wasafiri ni wengi sana na Mabasi mengi yamejaa sana, Hivyo ilitulazimu tusubiri basi letu kutoka Mkoa mwingine ambalo liliwapeleka abiria wengine ili kuja kuwasaidia abiria wetu!
Pia Tunaomba radhi abiria wote ambao katika kipindi chochote walipata changamoto katika huduma zetu kwa namna yoyote ile.
Pamoja na kuomba radhi, kwa wateja wetu waliosafiri jana Tar. 15/12/2019 kuelekea Bukoba na kupata hiyo changamoto, kampuni itatoa offer ya kusafiri bure mara moja kwa safari ya kurudi au kwenda Bukoba.. kama kampuni tunayo Majina na namba za simu za abiria wetu wote kwenye Database yetu. Cha kufanya abiria mlengwa siku atakayopanga kusafiri afike kwenye ofisi zetu za Bukoba au Dar es Salaam ataje jina lake na Nakala ya ticket yake aliyoitumia siku ya Tar 15/12/2019 atapewa ticket nyingine bure.

A PUBLIC APOLOGY

The management of Dar Lux Co. Ltd seeks to apologize to our esteemed customers who were traveling yesterday on 15/12/2019 from Dar Es Salaam to Bukoba for inconvenience caused by breakdown of our bus at Muro Hotel- Bahi District.

As a company, we try our best to frequently check our vehicles both before and after journeys. Unfortunately, the fault arose unexpected, (though that is somehow expected with any vehicle-normal mechanical fault).
We apologize for a delayed solution since it was difficult to get another bus from within our company and from other operators. This is obviously due to high demand of the season. We this had to wait for our bus from another region that had taken our other customers there!

We apologize to for any inconvenience encountered by our esteemed customers at any point in time. With this apology we offer free pass to our customers who faced the difficulties during travel to Bukoba yesterday
15/12/2019. We have your names on our database and you can therefore just go with your ticket to our office at Bukoba or Dar Es Salaam and get a free pass back to Dar Es Salaam or to Bukoba again once within three months. One will just be required to say the name and produce a copy of the ticket used to travel on 15/12/2019 from Dar Es Salaam to Bukoba to get a free ticket.
