Comment: "
It is very nice of the Hon. ambassador to have added weight to this matter. But as a matter of fact some stake holders saw this opportunities long ago. The main hurdle in tourism, as well as other sectors, is policy. The VAT issue, many unnecessary licenses, hefty fees for everything, etc., are all impediments in this business. We are losing to competitors due to bad policy. We must streamline the fee and tax policy to stimulate economic growth. We must remember, for example, income tax will come from INCOME and therefore there must be some business for it to be. It is not HEAD tax."

We only think on narrow effect, |VAT, we don't think on Broad economic effect benefit - Multiplier effect.
