The Country Director position is key to the success of the overall ministry of Water Missions International. This role will have a tremendous impact on the effectiveness and growth of Water Missions International's international programs.

As with all positions in the organization, this position is as much a calling as it is a job. The person in this position must sense a clear calling from God and a heartfelt passion for our mission. The person must be in sympathy with Christian values.

Because our mission is global, urgent, and enormous, the person in this position must have the temperament and energy to be a leader in an entrepreneurial environment.
