Kounde wants Chelsea over Arsenal​

The Athletic report Sevilla star Jules Kounde would rather join Chelsea than Arsenal this summer.

Kounde is attracting plenty of interest ahead of this summer with Sevilla reportedly willing to accept slightly less than his release clause with a fee of around £55million doing the rounds.

The report claims Kounde wants to join a Champions League club and Arsenal, who are not even in the Europa League or Conference League, are likely to be ruled out as an option, even if they are interested.
 

Chelsea and others slapped with fine​


The Premier league's big six, who attempted to form a European Super League back in April, have all been hit with hefty fines.

The clubs have been slapped with an overall fine of just over £20million, which works out at around £3.5million per club, although it is not yet confirmed how it will be paid.

Chelsea, of course, were part of the plan and will be punished.
