If one ever thought that the generous hands of Libyan dictator was only quick at either supporting and or seeking to oil the claimed France President's campaign machine in the west alone then you could well be badly mistaken on that take.

Of the many African presidents that had since been lured into the Islamic Extremist and Fanatism hooks by the ardent dictatorships in the North and Middle East, President Kikwete and his faction of the CCM party in particular falls to be but one of the major beneficiaries ever known on records.

Strangely enough, Jakaya Kikwete has been so closely caddled in the arms by these dictators in such a manner that has long left many questions unanswered in the minds of the much inquisitive populace around.

Lots of litle known projects of the said shordy fundings are already towering in our very neighbourhoods under Tendwa's watch without a word.

For those who have long been in the know of Kikwete's CCM-Ufisadi faction and the Rostam Aziz brokered Relations with a number of state and private financier from Libya, Egypt and Iran, so to mention but a few, they had no ribs at the type of a modern time comedy in town that Yohana Tendwa was trying to introduce into Tanzanian politics much as he is the one who has long been watering the practice of foreign funding, if any for CHADEMA, for an undeserved election buying and forceful perpatuation of the status quo!!

However, in all lines of funding the CCM-fisadi has been enjoying in general and Jakaya Kikwete and Family in particular, the bottomline has all been an increased Islamic extremist and fanatism promotions.

The matter if not such a cruel insult to some of the villages that greatly yawn for development in schools, dispensaries and cattle deep centres, many lone mosques have since been erected decorating alonside nearly every other major roadside in Tanzania. Some of these white and green painted mosques would be seen covered in thickets as a clear testimony that no one ever visit the spots the least.

Indeed, the mass misallocation of the free flowing Arabic fundings has seen a number of mosques being built even in places where the neighbourhoods knew very litle about the Islamic faith and with a number of children still literary long to catch a first glimpse of a person called a Moslem and how they generally appear in public.

Sad to note, such whole streams of clandestine financial backingfrom strange hands from the east may well never easily be disassociated with a spree of an ever stunning win for this most unpopular independence political party that has since LOST GRACE AND DIRECTION in our eyes.

Yes, with those kinds of illegal financial facilitation described above that both Kikwete and CCM have long been enjoy from the aforementioned dictators some most unpopular people have often forced their ways into becoming our leaders WHETHER WE LIKE IT OR NOT; a leadership being imposed over our shoulders in Tanzania.

Sure, when it came to pass that now CCM, Kikwete and Tendwa had to come out crying foul on the foots of very wild sets of allagations labelled against CHADEMA of a possible funding from a foreign source, a thing that every other right thinking Tanzanian understands well to be a mere smear campaign and an utter propaganda, to me I just simply found myself totally at a big lose since I knew very well that it is the time-long culprit of INTERNATIONAL DIRTY MONEYS DEALERSHIP CCM that is today quick to point fingures at others.

Well, my thought of what may have prompted the nervous CCM outcry just at this point in time then I realised that the ruling party never believe in a huge following that CHADEMA is today basking on without first having to buy public loyalty. However, I for one is a staunch CHADEMA follower who needs NOT A CENT from anyone but only a CHANGE THAT WE CAN BELIEVE IN!!

I just hope many youths like myself too are of the same take and with this CCM is still going to cry foul even louder than normal as we continue with our Constitutionally guaranteed demonstrations counrywide!!!!

The ill-fated scapegoats on CDM are but mere smear campaign that will only add, great minds of CDM follows, to love the party the more as they shun the UFISADI-infested CCM just the same way they would be doing with a person suffering from POLITICAL LEPROSY.

Much of the fundings from the North (Libya, Egypt and Iran) have all been with stringent Islamic religious extremism promotion that now threaten to tear apart our beloved country; courtesey of CCM and Kikwete quick hands at receiving such 'mean-motivated personal assistance'.

Before CCM could start throwing blames on other political parties, let them put their own house in order as a lot of well docummented foreign fundings with religious leaning to its ranks would soon be blown into the air if they ever start empty propaganda in this line.

Who knows, the desposed Hosni Mubarak who is now JOBLESS may well be wishing that millions of money he gave to CCM as part of a wider cross-continental religious schemes in Africa is return in whole today and NOT tomorrow!!!

Kule kwa Qadhafi akakimbilia kwenda kuchukua hela za ujenzi wa misikiti sawasawa na Mzee Mwinyi alivyotangulia kufanya kutoka kwa wafadhili wa Iran na Mhe Kikwete kuendeleza hiyo mikakati yote hadi kujenga miskiti porini kando kando mwa kila barabara kuu nchini hadi kule maeneo ambapo watoto bado hujitamania tu wamuone Mtu anayeitwa Muislamu ni mtu wa aina gani kwani unakuta dini kama hiyo unakuta hawakupata kulisikia popote maisha.

Embattled Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi may be viewed as a villain worldwide today, but his legacy looms large in Tanzania, where he is getting backing from people whose lives he has touched in one way or another.

If the eccentric leader is driven out of power by the popular revolt currently sweeping his oil-rich country, he will not be without Tanzanian sympathisers who laud his support for the poor and needy as testimony of his good leadership.

The collapse of the regime in Tripoli would also raise apprehension over several projects worth billions of shillings that Gaddafi had promised to implement in several African countries, including Tanzania.

The Libyan leader had pledged to establish an ultramodern complex, mosque and college in Dar es Salaam following a successful example in Dodoma.A foundation stone for the Dar es Salaam centre was laid last year by retired President Ali Hassan Mwinyi

THE parliamentary campaign in Bumbuli, a constituency of 167,000 souls in the mountainous Lushoto district of Tanzania, is a mixture of ancient and modern. January Makamba, the candidate of the ruling party, Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM), stands for the modernists.

In designer shirt and shoes, he hikes half way up a mountain to a remote village to solicit votes. The villagers are demoralised, with no electricity or road and a poor crop. Down below, a volunteer updates Mr Makamba's Facebook page on a wireless internet connection.

Within the CCM, Mr Makamba is in a minority. Educated in the United States, the son of a CCM power broker, he recently quit his job as a speechwriter for Tanzania's president, Jakaya Kikwete, to run in Bumbuli. He wants Tanzania to enter the world market.

He hobnobs with Western philanthropists. A copy of "The Rational Optimist", a booster of global capitalism, lies on the back seat of his campaign truck.

But now he must prove himself on the ground. He showed his steel by ousting a long-serving CCM parliamentarian. It helps that he comes from the main town, Lushoto, and lived there as a boy. Up in the village he promises fertilisers, medicine, more teachers. Electricity? No, too costly.

Bumbuli is among Tanzania's most densely populated constituencies. Most of its people farm tiny plots too small to be subdivided further. But Mr Makamba has a plan. He wants to borrow $10m from Wall Street philanthropists, to be repaid in ten years. The sum, he says, will be invested in east African treasury bonds and stocks, in the hope of dividends producing $700,000 a year to invest in Bumbuli.

Some of the cash would help farmers package their fruits and vegetables. Mr Makamba dreams of refrigerated lorries owned by the community leaving daily at dawn for Dar es Salaam and Nairobi with "Fresh from Lushoto" produce.

Another project aims to parcel a scenic bit of the constituency and sell it to a university to set up a campus for 5,000-odd students. Turkish investors, he claims, are interested.

It is early days, but a youthful tilt at the presidency in 2015 by Mr Makamba, or someone like-minded, is conceivable. If he took Tanzania's helm, the country might sail ahead.

As it is, its economy has been breezing along at 6% this year, faster than Kenya's to the north, yet it still feels slothful by comparison.

It has been sliding downwards in the rankings as a spot for investors. Corruption is rife. Crime is up. Dubious businessmen enjoy positions of influence in the ruling party.

Though he has failed to fulfil his early promise, President Kikwete will almost certainly get another five years in the job. Fond of technology and foreign travel, he is known among his ministers as "Mr Beep" for his habit of texting them to show he cares. But he has seemed wary of radical reform.

He is sentimental about Tanzania's socialist past. Most foreign aid-givers, on whom the country still depends for half its budget, are still prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt.

In his expected second term, Mr Kikwete is likely to promote gas exploration in the south, expand mining, and try, as ever, to improve services.

"Despite a tripling in the education budget, large majorities of children remain illiterate and innumerate," says Rakesh Rajani, a Tanzanian who has researched the performance of primary schools. The country still has far fewer skilled workers than neighbouring Kenya.

The opposition may do a bit better than before but is fragmented. Moreover, the army, which thinks it is must protect the ruling CCM, has tried to bully it-and independent journalists.

Two opposition parties stand out. Chadema is strong among richer smallholders, most of whom belong to the Chagga people around Mount Kilimanjaro. The Civic United Front is backed by quite a few Muslims on the coast and in the autonomous island of Zanzibar.

But they are too weak to topple the all-powerful CCM. Mr Kikwete and Tanzania will gently potter along. If the likes of Mr Makamba managed to take over the CCM, things might pick up a lot faster. But not, it seems, just yet.

Endapo Makamba Junior atakua ni mkweli kwa kila kitu alichowaambia Wamarekani kwenye gazeti lao basi maana yake ni kwamba kila mwananchi jimboni kwake atakua ametengewa sawa ya Tsh 6287.43 kila mwaka na ndani ya kipindi chote mkopo ambayo ni miaka 10 basi kila mwananchi atakua ametengewa kiasi cha Tsh 628,743/- kujipatia maendeleo makubwa kama mtoa fedha wa Marekani alivyaahidiwa.

Hizo jitihada za Makamba kwa wananchi wa Bumbuli ni sawa na kusema kwamba watakua nahali njema zaidi kuliko sisi wengine kwa zaidi ya ailimia 10 % ambayo serikali yetu hutupangia kwa mwaka pale ambapo bajeti yetu inakua imegota kwenye trilioni 3 za ki-Tanzania kwa ajili ya wastani wa watu milioni 45 ambayo ni sawa na Tsh 66,667 kwa kila mtu.

Lakini pamoja na yote, hizi fedha ambazo zimelengwa kutumika kwa manufaa na kwa niaba ya CCM kujihakikishia ubunge mkononi mwake Januari Makamba na wala si Mzee Selukindo wala mgombea wa Chama chochote cha upinzani, John Tendwa au ofisi yake ilishirikishwa ukopaji wake, jinsi inavyotumika na makubaliano ya marejesho kati ya Makamba na mfadhili wa Wall Street Marekani.

Tunaomba jibu juu ya hili kabla CHADEMA hakijazushiwa ufadhili wa Ulaya. Jee, kwa fedha gani bungeni ambayo January Makamba anategemea kurejesha nayo hiyo bilioni 15 Marekani ndani ya kipindi cha miaka 10 na kitenesi cha juu kwa ajili ya huyo Mmarekani kiasi gani??

Je ni kweli kwamba huko kwenye soko la fedha la Afrika Mashariki kila kukicha ni faida tuu hakuna hasara?? Mhe Tendwa, tena kwa kinywa kipana sana mbele ya kioo cha TBC1 tunaomba ufafanuzi juu ya hili na collateral iliyowekwa kupata mkopo wenyewe kwa jina la wananchi wa Bumbuli.

CCM yesterday launched an electronic fundraiser in Dar es Salaam as part of the ruling party's effort to raise Sh40 billion for the party's campaigns ahead of the October polls.

Through the fundraiser, whose colourful launch was officiated by the party's national chairman by President Kikwete, CCM have teamed up with Push Mobile Media to receive donation via sms. Party members and supporters may contribute Sh300, Sh500 or Sh1,000 per message one sends.

Speaking during the event, the President explained that the sms plan does not, however, lock out other modalities of contribution through which people may give the party larger amounts of cash to boost the CCM campaign kitty.

He said the targeted Sh40 billion would be used for presidential, parliamentary and civic polls campaigns across the country.

"The money will be shared across the country. If we learn that campaigns in Micheweni constituency are facing a shortage of money, we will assist them from this fund," Mr Kikwete said.

According to the newly enacted Electing Financing Act, a party is allowed Sh50 billion for General Election campaigns but CCM has put its budget at ‘only' Sh40 billion because it has already bought vehicles to be used during the campaigns at district levels.

He warned well-wishers to observe all the required procedures when contributing for CCM because the new elections funding law is very strict on how parties can obtain and spend campaign funds.

"This new system does not replace the traditional ways of contributing for the party. If you need to provide transport for the choirs in the campaigns or offer accommodation to campaign delegates you still have the right to do that," he clarified.

Meanwhile, information released yesterday by the Push Mobile said following the launch on Friday night, about 20,000 subscribers have already linked themselves up.

An official said: "This is quite a promising response and we hope the campaign will be successful."

According to CCM treasurer Amos Makala, the party has already collected Sh4.8 billion from a section of the party's five million members.

He said the process of screening a total of 2,982 candidates vying political posts at all levels in all 232 constituencies would cost Sh3 billion.

In another development, the ruling party is planning to launch another communication network that will facilitate easy communication between CCM members. Through the system, messages would be circulated to all members who shall have been linked up.

Prior to the launch of the electronic contribution campaign, on Friday, President Kikwete met with National Executive Committee (NEC) members, district and regional leaders in another meeting to lay down poll strategies.

During the meeting, President Kikwete urged CCM leaders to register all party members. He said this was important because according to the new regulations, all members would vote during primaries to determine the party's candidates in the polls.

He hailed the system that allows all members to participate in the primaries, noting that his dream was to see that even CCM's party Union and Zanzibar presidential candidates are obtained in a similar way.

He said the system was set up in a bid to strengthen democracy within the party, as all members would be given the opportunity to endorse candidates of their choices.

But he urged leaders at all levels to be careful, warning that the new system was complicated and open to abuse.

"Though we are trying to be open in our endorsement process, there has been reports that are disturbing… we have been informed that some of our officials are issuing membership cards to unqualified peoples members to increase the chances of some candidates," he President warned.

Hadi sasa tunaaminishwa kwamba kati ya hizo fedha zaidi ya bilioni Tsh 40 zilipatikana kutoka kwa wapenzi na wakereketwa wa chama chake cha Mapinduzi (CCM). Kwa kuwa gharama za kuchangia zilikua ni ujumbe mmoja ama 300/-, 500/- au 1,000/- ili ikamsaidie Mheshimiwa kutua ikulu.

Sasa tuseme mathalan kwamba kila ujumbe uliotumwa ulikua ni kiasi cha wastani wa Tsh 600/- ili kumsaidia kipenzi cha watu arudi ikulu. Mpaka hapo Mheshimiwa kikwete alikua anahitaji hadi ujumbe za kutumwa 66,666,667 ili aweze kupata hicho kiasi cha bilioni 40 aliyoilenga tangu awali.

Kwa mantiki hii, ukizingatia kwamba ALISEMEKANA KWA MUJIBU WA JAJI MAKAME kwamba alipata kura milioni 4, basi maana yake ni kwamba wapenzi wake walituma ujumbe kama huo mara 17 kila mmoja. Licha ya hali ya ukata uliokua unatukumba nchini hata kabla ya uchaguzi wenyewe, wastani huo wa ufadhili kwa Mhe Kikwete unaacha maswali mengi zaidi kuliko majibu jinsi alivyopata hizi bilioni 40 na zile nyingine 16 za kampeni.

If one ever thought that the generous hands of Libyan dictator was only quick at either supporting and or seeking to oil the claimed France President's campaign machine in the west alone then you could well be badly mistaken on that take.

Of the many African presidents that had since been lured into the Islamic Extremist and Fanatism hooks by the ardent dictatorships in the North and Middle East, President Kikwete and his faction of the CCM party in particular falls to be but one of the major beneficiaries ever known on records.

Strangely enough, Jakaya Kikwete has been so closely caddled in the arms by these dictators in such a manner that has long left many questions unanswered in the minds of the much inquisitive populace around.

Lots of litle known projects of the said shordy fundings are already towering in our very neighbourhoods under Tendwa's watch without a word.

For those who have long been in the know of Kikwete's CCM-Ufisadi faction and the Rostam Aziz brokered Relations with a number of state and private financier from Libya, Egypt and Iran, so to mention but a few, they had no ribs at the type of a modern time comedy in town that Yohana Tendwa was trying to introduce into Tanzanian politics much as he is the one who has long been watering the practice of foreign funding, if any for CHADEMA, for an undeserved election buying and forceful perpatuation of the status quo!!

However, in all lines of funding the CCM-fisadi has been enjoying in general and Jakaya Kikwete and Family in particular, the bottomline has all been an increased Islamic extremist and fanatism promotions.

The matter if not such a cruel insult to some of the villages that greatly yawn for development in schools, dispensaries and cattle deep centres, many lone mosques have since been erected decorating alonside nearly every other major roadside in Tanzania. Some of these white and green painted mosques would be seen covered in thickets as a clear testimony that no one ever visit the spots the least.

Indeed, the mass misallocation of the free flowing Arabic fundings has seen a number of mosques being built even in places where the neighbourhoods knew very litle about the Islamic faith and with a number of children still literary long to catch a first glimpse of a person called a Moslem and how they generally appear in public.

Sad to note, such whole streams of clandestine financial backingfrom strange hands from the east may well never easily be disassociated with a spree of an ever stunning win for this most unpopular independence political party that has since LOST GRACE AND DIRECTION in our eyes.

Yes, with those kinds of illegal financial facilitation described above that both Kikwete and CCM have long been enjoy from the aforementioned dictators some most unpopular people have often forced their ways into becoming our leaders WHETHER WE LIKE IT OR NOT; a leadership being imposed over our shoulders in Tanzania.

Sure, when it came to pass that now CCM, Kikwete and Tendwa had to come out crying foul on the foots of very wild sets of allagations labelled against CHADEMA of a possible funding from a foreign source, a thing that every other right thinking Tanzanian understands well to be a mere smear campaign and an utter propaganda, to me I just simply found myself totally at a big lose since I knew very well that it is the time-long culprit of INTERNATIONAL DIRTY MONEYS DEALERSHIP CCM that is today quick to point fingures at others.

Well, my thought of what may have prompted the nervous CCM outcry just at this point in time then I realised that the ruling party never believe in a huge following that CHADEMA is today basking on without first having to buy public loyalty. However, I for one is a staunch CHADEMA follower who needs NOT A CENT from anyone but only a CHANGE THAT WE CAN BELIEVE IN!!

I just hope many youths like myself too are of the same take and with this CCM is still going to cry foul even louder than normal as we continue with our Constitutionally guaranteed demonstrations counrywide!!!!

The ill-fated scapegoats on CDM are but mere smear campaign that will only add, great minds of CDM follows, to love the party the more as they shun the UFISADI-infested CCM just the same way they would be doing with a person suffering from POLITICAL LEPROSY.

Much of the fundings from the North (Libya, Egypt and Iran) have all been with stringent Islamic religious extremism promotion that now threaten to tear apart our beloved country; courtesey of CCM and Kikwete quick hands at receiving such 'mean-motivated personal assistance'.

Before CCM could start throwing blames on other political parties, let them put their own house in order as a lot of well docummented foreign fundings with religious leaning to its ranks would soon be blown into the air if they ever start empty propaganda in this line.

Who knows, the desposed Hosni Mubarak who is now JOBLESS may well be wishing that millions of money he gave to CCM as part of a wider cross-continental religious schemes in Africa is return in whole today and NOT tomorrow!!!

(4) What is the wider state-sponsored Al-Shaaban mission both in Dar and Nairobi? and for (5) for how long the Al-Shaabab have been trailing a section of the innocent Tanzanian religious leaders, Political Activists, University studen leaders, well-estblished business persons, Human Rights Activists, Academicians, Journalists and Bloggers all-round??

Ho is it safer for our government to have that dangerous group with religious leaning in the country just for the claims of being on A-UN-ONLY Threat Misiion; since when has UN become our unfriendly institution to warrant harbouring a group with illegal activities on their names and not being prepared for an impending harvests by the unpopular political regimes??

It is just too sad to note that as section of some influential souls both in Tanzanian and Kenyan governments had to conceive 'a wild and most dangerous idea' on the sidelines of a certain recent infamous swear-in party and what the 'emperors' discussed, one of the sinister agenda which is still stuck up in Hon Ba Ki-Moon's in-trays!!
