`CCM can`t overrule Baraza La Wawakilishi on referendum`?

Zanzibar House of Representatives Speaker Pandu Ameir Kificho declared yesterday that the planned referendum on the formation of a coalition government in the Isles will be conducted before the October General Election as decided by the House late last month.
He was reacting to media reports that the CCM National Executive Committee meeting which ended in Dodoma on Monday had recommended that the referendum be held after the General Election.

“No person or authority has the power or mandate to overrule a decision passed by the House of Representatives, save the members themselves,” he insisted.
Jawabu wanapewa NECCM na wengine wowote wale ambao wanawaona WaZanzibari wapo kwenye ndoto,mlisema ZNZ si nchi mkajibiwa ni nchi na sasa mnaonyweshwa kwa vitendo.
