BOT- Why Did they STOP Giving Loans for Shares ??

Why did BOT tell all the Banks to STOP giving loans to people who want to buy NMB SHARES ???
Any idea ?
Was it rightful to do that ??
 
in what way???
It cld hv really helped us to get the loan and invest...and the banks cld also hv made money by taking interest from the investors!
 
The reason could be that you are not GUARANTEED to make money! Could be very Risky!
