Wamiliki wa vituo vya mafuta ndiyo haohao wabunge na mawari,so kesi ya nyani unampa tumbili.hakuna serikali tz
 
alternatives,go with time and build energy efficient houses,use energy efficient equipments,modernise and publicise public transport in big cities,reduce traffic,conserve environment....etc.
Thats the kind of Tanzanian that I am,not the corrupt free market kind!!

Mkuu hio ni best case scenario na sio Tanzania tu duniani tukiweza kupata efficient energy and at a lower price hii itakuwa "A Giant Step for Mankind)... lakini tatizo mpaka sasa all alternatives are still more expensive than usage of oil
 
Hawezi kushusha kwa sababu demand inawaruhusu kuuza kwa bei kubwa, suluhisho ni kuongeza supply (competition) ili bei iende chini.

Kwa mfano kama kweli mnaamini kuwa wauza mafuta wanauza kwa bei ambayo ni juu sana kuliko costs zao basi hii ni business opportunity kwenu, watu wajipange waingie kwenye soko la mafuta undercut wauzaji wa sasa kwa kuuza kwa bei ya chini zaidi, hii itavutia wateja kwako na kuwalazimu wauzaji wengine kushasha bei. Serikali iondoe vikwazo feki kwenye kuanzisha biashara hizi.

Hii ndo soko linavyofanya kazi, sio kwa serikali ambayo haijawahi kufanya biashara yoyote kwa mafanikio kuanza kupanga bei, motokeo yake ndo haya.

Biashara ni chombo cha kumaximize returns, kuwaita wafanya biashara greedy kwa vile wanatafuta profits sio sahihi, kutegeme mfanya biashara alete "uzalendo" kwenye biasahra yake ni mawazo potofu.

Suluhisho sio kuongeza supply bali kuwepo na body inasimamia biashara hii (Regulatory Authority) kama itakuwa EWURA au itaundwa nyengine but iwe na meno ya kutosha kuhakikisha inamlinda muuzaji na mnunuzi. Kuhusu supply nakupinga ndugu kwasababu ninao mfano halisi.

Kwahiyo mkuu tatizo sio kwamba Competition haifai ni kwamba hii market ya mafuta is not that free, cha kufanya ni kuhakikisha inakuwa free na watu wengi wanaingia kwenye biashara (kama hao mafia wapo unajuaje kama watashindwa kuingilia hiyo regulatory authority na kuifanya ifanye kazi at their advantage)
 
Wadau, suala la mgomo wa wauza mafuta bado ni kizungumkuti. WaTz wengi, Wabunge na Serikali wanawalaumu wauza mafuta. Hata hivyo kwa kiasi fulani wanaonewa maana gharama za kuendesha vituo vya kuuza mafuta zimepanda kutokana na kutumia genereta kusukuma pump za mafuta kwa siku nzima kutokana na kukosekana kwa umeme.

Kabla ya kuwalaumu na kuwatisha, ni vema Serikali itimize wajibu wake kwa jamii kwa kuondoa mgao wa umeme.

Everybody knows how lucrative oil bussiness is.
Theres no free market in oil bussiness,different from candy bussiness.
The government has been importing oil for years,refine,supply Zambia....plus other missions.
Hopefully with COPEC,the government will import.We need to organise ourselves and cut oil consumption by 1/3 in 10 years.
I expected to hear this from mjengoni,but well.....them people are so shallow.
May be me and you can PM each other and try to work on a legislation or any thing that may help reduciung our oil consumption.We need to find alternatives,go with time and build energy efficient houses,use energy efficient equipments,modernise and publicise public transport in big cities,reduce traffic,conserve environment....etc.

I understand that COPEC is a government entity. I can assure that with the current level of ufisadi and impunity, private importers will cease to import from oil from the gulf and transfer to their deports oil imported from our taxes.
 
Mkuu UK bei zimeshuka sababu ya competition kuna mpaka supermarkets (Asda, Tesco) wameingia katika hii biashara na wao kila siku wapo radhi washushe bei kuliko mwenzake ili tu kuvutia watu waende kwenye supermarkets zao na sio kwingine.. (leo hii akibaki muuzaji mmoja aw mafuta UK utaona jinsi prices zitakavyopanda kwa kasi)

a. Ofgem - Gas and electricity .
b. Department of Transport.

US wana regulatory body hizi:-
a. Federal Energy Regulatory commission.
b. Commodities Future Trading Commision.
c. Consumer Protection Agency.

Tanzania.
a. EWURA isiyo na nguvu wala meno ya kuwadhibiti wauzaji.

Regulatory authority haitasaidia kitu kama hao regulators ndo mafia wenyewe. Kwa kifupi tumefika hapa kwa sababu ya conflicts of interest za viongozi na vyama vyetu na rushwa, hawawezi kuregulate chochote waki wana mikono yao mfukoni kwa wafanyabiashara.

all this time meli imepark tuu, yeye anafanya anasa ili uumpe rushwa,

Jibu ni rushwa imekithiri na lukuki za kodi pale bandarini Dar, unecessary bureaucracy. Mie nimeacha siku nyingi kutumia bandari hiyo kwasababu kwanza kuna wezi kibao, pili mzigo wa kodi na tatu rushwa kutoka kwa wafanyakazi wa TRA.

Ni afadhali nitumie bandari ya Mombasa au Zanzibar ijapokuwa zanzibar wameanza kupapiga vita kwasababu kunawaharibi mirija yao ya ufisadi jamaa wa TRA ila hawafai.

Nadhani tunakubaliana ila hatujaelewana. Rushwa imejaa Tanzania, ninachosema ni kazi ya serikali kuiondoa rushwa na sio kupanga bei.
