Cheryl Cole performed a sexy lapdance for ex-husband *Ashley Cole in front of guests at her birthday party – proving they are finally back together.

She openly kissed and cuddled her cheating ex in a display that left other guests lost for words.
Then Cheryl, who has shunned the limelight since her dramatic sacking as a judge from X Factor USA, told a friend: "I'm the luckiest girl in the world. I've not been this happy for years."

Thirty friends and family invited to her 28th birthday party at London's Sanderson Hotel were left in no doubt that Cheryl and surprise guest Ashley are back inlove from the *moment he turned up,finally confirming rumours their romance is alive again.
One guest at the bash, which marked a fresh start for the Girls Aloud singer, said: "She threw her arms around him and gave him a passionate snog right next to her mum Joan. They spent a minute *embracing and all the guests couldn't help but turn to look. There's no doubt they're back in love. At one point she went for a cigarette, came back in, marched up to Ashley and *performed a sexy dance for him while he was sat down in front of her.
"Then she flashed a huge grin, sat on his lap and they started kissed and *cuddling. They didn't care who saw them. Everyone was surprised by such a public display of affection."
Fellow guest Tulisa Consto*stavlos of N-Dubz – Cheryl's replacement as a UK X *Factor judge and a close friend – said: "I really think Cheryl and Ashley stand a brilliant chance of making it work. They're different this time around – relaxed and happy. You can just see it.
"Cheryl's in such an *amazing place at the minute with her life. She's not *working, she's had a proper break and she has a clear head.

The 28-year-old has returned to their marital home in Surrey and he has vowed to change his ways.
A source said: "They got back together because they want children and they could not live without each other. They've never been happier."
Cheryl dumped Ashley over his cheating after being publicly humiliated by his sordid antics.
But it seems Cheryl has never quite stopped loving ex-husband Ashley and now the pair have moved back in together. And it was revealed the couple even want to start a family and get married again.
Friends of Chelsea star Ashley say he has vowed to change his shameful ways after realising what a fool he's been.

A source said: "Ashley has got his wife back, and this time it's for keeps.
"He has learned from his mistakes and knows he messed up but he's *promised Cheryl he will change. She's back with the man she loves, despite what others say.
"He makes her happy and that's the bottom line.
"The main reason they got back together was because they both realised they wanted to start a family and they could not live without one another. The first time around Cheryl's career came first, but this time family is her priority. They both want children.
"His brother Matthew was about to have his second child and Ashley wants kids of his own. He realised no one else came close to Cheryl, no one else made him feel secure and loved. Cheryl felt the same. She knew it would never work with Derek. There's even talk of getting married again."

The pair, who divorced in September, have remained in phone contact. Ashley supported Cheryl over the controversial exit of X Factor hopeful Gamu Nhengu and he was a shoulder to cry on when she was booted off the show's US version.

According to a friend of Cheryl's, she said Simon Cowell did not hit it off with Ashley, and did not warm to the idea of a reconciliation. The source added: "Now Simon is out of the picture it's paved the way for Cheryl to be with Ashley without awkwardness."
Ashley is preparing for life after football by signing a nine figure deal with Jay Z to open leisure and film-related projects. The source added: "There are talks of moving abroad, perhaps Barcelona."
