Wabunge Livingstone Lusinde "Kibajaji" na Joseph Kasheku " Msukuma" wamelithibitishia bunge na wananchi wa Tanzania kwamba wasomi wa nchi hii ndio wanaoongoza kwa kuchelewesha maendeleo nchini.

Kutokana na mkwamo huo sasa wamependekeza serikali ianze kuwatumia "WASOMI WA DARASA LA SABA" ambao wameanza kujipachika majina yenye Prof. na Dkt badala ya kuendelea kuwategemea Maprofesa na Madokta wenye madigrii ya darasani.

Miaka ya nyuma wapinzani ndio walikuwa watuhumiwa namba moja wa kuchelewesha maendeleo, sasa ni zamu ya Wasomi. Je, watafuata wakina nani?

Yes he was wrong and totally wrong.

Both Msukuma and Lusinde a.k.a Kibajaji are greater fans of late JPM and they always praising him that he has done marvelous things in our country but we all know that JPM believed to those professors and doctors look at his cabinet and most of his appointees.

So if JPM believed in doctors and professors how can you distinguish the success of 5th reign from those doctors and professors? Unless you are hypocrite you can not distinguish the success of 5th reign from elites group starting late JPM himself.

No wonder Magufuli wasn't fit for the office!!! He was a PhD holder remember. To him PHD stood for Permanent Head Damage!!! I'll be back if another concern arises
