Somalia inawaka moto, viongozi wa Afrikan wanafanya nini? Uganda tu imetuma majeshi kuisaidia Ethiopia lakini hakuna nchi hata moja ya Afrika iliyojitolea. Je hili ni tatizo la Somalia na ethiopia peke ake na sio la waafrika wote? Jamani tutakubali taliban waaze fujo zao Afrika au kama kawaida yetu tunasubiri wamerekani/wazungu watusaidie?

Congo is a headache for the UN and Au as well. The UN forces have been in Congo since the 1950’s the time of Shomble and we are now in the year 2008. Is there any peace in Congo? Somali is following similar trends as Congo and it will take decades to solve the problem in Somalia, if at all it can be solved. Look at Sudan, the same problem.
The only African countries that managed to overcome war and killings are Nigeria and Ethiopia_Eritrea.The Nigerians managed to solve their differences after Biafra war while the Ethiopians managed to solve their differences with Eritrians. However there are some miner incidences.
We have also seen some encouraging developments in Rwanda and Burundi cases.

The Somali case is very challenging one and should be handled by both UN and AU.
The Somalis are scattered all over the world as refugees and this give them a very good “economic “ advantage and can send money back home to support their war. They have gone to extreme and act as Pirates in the Indian Ocean and will soon invade vessels near Dar es Salaam!
Let us not wait until that moment has arrived.
