From MARC NKWAME in Arusha, 20th April 2011 MEMBERS of the oldies soccer team, the Wazee Sports Club from Arusha, will be touring the spice Island of Zanzibar throughout this Easter Season starting tomorrow.
The Wazee sports club chairman, Danford Mpumilwa said here that the team will spend four days in the Isles to mark the Easter Holidays.
The team is expected back in Arusha on Tuesday. The Wazees sporting visit to the Isles takes place during a holiday weekend when Arusha is usually at loss regarding venues where people can go for entertainment.

The Wazees will depart by special bus in the late evening today before connecting to Zanzibar aboard a Speed-boat tomorrow and upon arriving they will be met by their hosts, who have prepared a special programme for them until when they depart for home on Monday.
According to Mpumilwa, during their stay in Zanzibar they are expected to play one football match against their hosts, which is in addition to the excursion of visiting the various beach resorts and other places of historical interest.
