Hili swala la ku-form groups ambapo sote twafahamu umuhimu wake, nitoe mfano rahisi: bendi za muziki au vikundi vya sanaa huvunjika baadae katika mazingira ya kufarakana, tena baada ya mafanikio makubwa.

Inafika mahali mabadiliko huenda yakahitajika kutokana na sababu mbalimbali.
Mfano kundi la watu wawili - group leader/owner na mwingine ni group member, miaka miwili baadae wanabadilisha structure na kuwa partners. Au kundi ambalo limeundwa (watu wawili), na wamekubaliana kuwa baadae wakishajijenga kugawanya shares kila mmoja ajitegemee.
How to go about that, what challenges to foresee?

Hapa ningependa kuona mifano halisi ya aina za groups kama hizi badala ya kusoma kwenye vitabu. Perhaps this is where TPN comes in.


Idea na dhana ya ujasiriamali ni nzuri sana ila tunahitaji something simpler, say franchising kind of approach to start with?!!
Ujasiriamali (Entrepreneurship) kwa maana yake halisi is said to be a difficult undertaking.

Lazy Dog, TPN was able to forsee all this kind of problems well in advance. Actuall this is a reason we agreed TPN itself should not do any business instead should be like a PARENT to take care of any potential problem which may come out. You need to be TPN member to have a sense of security and trust that the group or partnership you are joining is a brain child of TPN built on 100% TRUST.
 
We as human beings are always dreaming what we want to make true. But for some of us no matter how much you try it seems that you do not reach your goals. What is happening? Why are you having so much trouble making your dream come true?

What if you could have anything and everything you ever wanted just by giving the empowered answer to one question? What if that was really all it took?

Here is the question.

Are you willing?

The main reason why many of us fail to reach our goals is because many times in order to allow that to happen you really need to change you need to change your way to think, your way to act, you need to be disciplined, you need perseverance, you need control, you need to change your consciousness at all levels including the subconscious level. There is so much you need to do inside of you that the mere act of deciding to start this process deserves the question: Are you willing to do all that in order to reach your goal??. If you can answer yes to that question then you are really motivated to go ahead or maybe you are not aware enough of how hard that can be but whatever the case is it is worth every single effort to try, in the end we are talking about your dream arent we?
Kwa maoni yangu, a deserving farewell kwa member wetu yoyote, aliyetangulia mbele ya haki ni kumuaga kupitia maandishi yake, threads zake ili kujikumbusha mawazo yake, maneno yake na matendo yake tukiendelea kuishi Tribute to Sanctus Mtsimbe: Sio tu ni smart kwa mavazi na muonekano, pia ni smart kwa mawazo, maneno, na matendo, na very smart upstairs!
