Are leadership styles of women and men really different? Why?

This is true.
As individuals, we combine the feminine and the masculine characters in our personalities, based on our cultural and social upbringing, our education and environment. Still I believe that there are distinct differences between women and men in their leadership style, based on the variables . So they will also differ from culture to culture, in my point of view.
