Are EU and US being heroes or villains by freezing assets of ousted African leaders?

So what are supposed to do? Shall we just watch them freezing assets of our leaders without really getting the frozen assets? Or shall we force them to bring back the frozen assets to us?

I think the best way we can do is to force them to bring back all the frozen assets to Africa,
those assets should be accountable and directed to community developments auch as building universities,hospital,infrastuctures etc otherwise the all essence of freezing are futile,meaningless and ridiculous to Africans who suffer from all strains of poverty.
