Wadau nimekuwa nikisumbuliwa na uzito mkubwa kwa takribani miaka 10 sasa, nataka nijinasue na hilo, kuna mdau mmoja akanielekeza nifwate diet ya Dr boaz, kama kuna mtu yoyote ana udhoefu na diet hiyo atupe mrejesho tafadhali.
