Afrika Haiwezi KUendelea: Asilimia 90 ya bongo za viongozi wake wanafikiria ngono

JARIDA maarufu Ujerumani linahabarisha kwamba ni vigumu kwa Afrika Kuendelea kwa kuwa viongozi na watu wake wanafikiria habari za maendeleo kwa kiasi cha 10% tu tofauti na wenzetu huko Ulaya, Japani, China na Korea ambapo mawazo ya maendeleo yanachukua zaidi ya asilimia 60 za akili zao. Ngono asilimi 20 na mambo mengine asilimia 20 pia.
Je, wanasaikolojia wetu mnaweza kuwaomba jamaa kuwapeni fedha za kufanya utafiti wetu wenyewe wa bongo za kiongozi wa Kiafrika na maendeleo? Mzee Mwanakijiji karibu utoe hoja!
