your troubles are comforting to me to see I am not alone.
Here in Lusaka I have never gotten the disks. I also tried today and they blink green at 34% every 3 minutes or so which is too weak to show. My CNN flactuates 77% to 80%. Dish 1.8m prime focus. Lnb star gold Cband. Stb srt4955. Skew I use 2 o'clock standing in front of the dish.
Sky, BBC and the rest are loud and clear.
