I like this topic. whether death penalty should be eliminated or not. it is good firstly before arguing anything about it, to discus what does the word murder means, and for a person to be convicted of it what are the pre requisite requirements by the court of law having competent jurisdiction entertain and trial the case. What was the rationale of this punitive punishment and what if is eliminated? does it abrogate Article 14 of the Constitution? if yes what should be done. does the deceased deceive the right to life, if yes, is that right protected by the State and how.

This of course is not town trip driving, we need enough time and commitment in reaching a justifiable end and solution. let us postpone until tomorrow.

capital punishment it is mainly enacted so as to reduce the murder cases which were rarely in Tanzania so this provided to ensure demolition of such crimes so for what I think it should be stand and implemented as it is coz murdering and treason are harmful phenomenas which may alter negatively the development of any nation
So we can not allow a person who want to commits treason offence to be jailed 30 or imprisonment simply because he will plant the seed to other person who maybe will complete a certain mission.

So capital punishment is of vital using that perception
