Bila shaka natumaini mpo salama wakuu.
Moja kwa moja kwenye mada. imegundulika dhahiri shahiri kwamba wanafunzi wanaosoma advance na kujiunga na chuo kikuu wanakuw shallow sana ukicompare na wale waliotoka o levo na kujiunga na diploma.
Kwanini hii levo ya advance isiondolewe ili wanafunzi watoke fom four moja kwa moja na kusomea cozi husika?
Mwanafunzi anaweza kuwa bright na kuwa na malengo mazuri in future lakini, in reality tunaona hii levo ya advance inawapotezea malengo kabisaa.
For example wanafunzi wote wanaosomea PCB, PGM, PCM etc wana malengo mazuri sana in future lakini hii lev inadidimiza sana malengo. Unaweza kumkuta mwanafunzi ana div 1 let say ya point 10 o levo, akifika advance anapwaya na kuangukia poor.. hii ni kwa sababu wanasoma theories nyingi than practicals.
We mtu unasoma theories za Physics, Chemistry na Biology na unatakiwa uzikariri.. et ukishindwa kukariri na kufeli mtihani we mjinga.. iv ni kwelii?
At the same time mwanafunzi huyo angeperekwa diploma na kusomea kozi either engineering or health courses angukuwa expert mzuri tu. Ninasema kwa sababu nina evidence.
Leo hii kuna dogo alipata division four form four akaenda diploma na baadaye Kaunga degree.. leo hii yupo mbali sana, wakat wenzake walioenda advance wakiwa na div 1 & 2 wengine walienda PCM na PCB mpaka leo hii wapo mtaani baada ya kushindwa na matheories za advance tunazoletewa na huyu muhindi aitwaye chand.
Viongozi husika twawaomba ili jambo mliangalie kwa jicho la tatu. Wanafunzi wakimaliza o levo waende wakasomee koz husika ili waweze kuwa expert.
Tanzania we are still lagging behind kielimu. we mwanafunzi anakomaa na kumeza theories nying za huyu jamaa muhindi.. chandi... akishindwa et hajiwezi. Hivi ability of a student is being determined by his/her craming power? Tuzindukeni; et mwanafunzi anamaliza form six na theories nying kichwani zisizomsaidia. hawezi kujiajiri.. hawezi kuziaply, wakati huku mwanafunzi anamaliza kadiploma kake anakuwa na uwezo wa kuajiriwa na kujiajiri maana theories zinakuwa minimized unlike to advanced level.. mbona tunafeli padogo sana?
