    Note that this is an academic position.

    Core purpose:
    To facilitate the transmission and acquisition of knowledge and skills in order that recipients are able to function effectively within a vocation and as productive members of the broader society.

    Key performance areas:

    • To facilitate the learning processes and outcomes of the department.
    • To conduct research.
    • To perform administration.

    Core competencies:

    • Sound knowledge in the theory and application in business management.
    • Experience at facilitating learning at undergraduate level and potential to contribute at postgraduate level.
    • Potential to contribute to the creation of knowledge by virtue of publications and the supervising of postgraduate research studies.

    Applicants must have a relevant master’s degree with relevant discipline knowledge in the field of financial management and customer relations or logistics/purchasing management and financial planning. Supervising of postgraduate research treatises will be an added advantage.
