It can be done, play your part!

Contrary to what some seem to be saying, we are not facing a nebulous enemy. The objective is clear; it is to remove the corrupt CCM government from power. That is eminently achievable. It was done in Kenya (against KANU), in Zambia (against UNIP) and in other places, in and out of Africa.

There are many, far too many, who think that CCM is so entrenched that it cannot be removed. That is a defeatist attitude. Much more powerful organisations like Nikolai Ceausescu’s Communist Party have been consigned to the dustbin of History by people who were armed only with determination!

Let us be practical and courageous. Beating about the bush will do us no good. We need to vote one party out of power and vote another party, or a coalition of other paries, into power. I dare say that a CHADEMA led coalition could soundly beat CCM.

Yes, let next year be another year of independence for Tanzania, and be remembered as such. Tanzania needs independence from a party that signs off its natural resources, secretly, in hotel rooms in London (in between drinks). She needs independence from a party that has failed to raise the standard of living of her people even though it and its percussor have been in power for fifty years! The country needs independence from a party that has nurtured and protected all major plunderers of the nationals coffers!

Next year’s elections will not bring change to Tanzania if they do not remove CCM from power. I doubt that there are many Tanzanians who would like to continue with what we have.

These are truly trying times that need unusual solution in Tanzania. The current political parties endeared by the Ruling Part will not serve the current and future interest of Tanzanian. There may well exist many well-meaning Tanzanians within the present political party setup to maintain the status quo but such political parties are incapable of accomplishing the greatness of the Tanzanian nations. All the matters provided above show the quid pro quo for a rethinking of what a political party should be. Any political party new or modified must find the right modus vivendi that can deliver the most quality of life to the majority of citizens, if not all citizens, no matter their station in life and be able to deliver promised positive agenda to citizens when rubber meets the road. Tanzanians need a country where the finality of an outcome of a free and fair election will be guaranteed without resulting to carnage and where the victor and the vanquished would accept the result gracefully. For this to happen, the best prescription for the present Tanzania's political quagmire will be knowledgeable citizens/electorates. Now, Tanzanians must recognize that that which unites them is greater than that which divides them as a people . It is time for us as a nation to seek a governing political party that is capable of:

1) Leading by example;

2) Working assiduously to make all Tanzanians rather than a few Tanzanians its constituent. This will foster good relationship between the leaders and the people;
3) Collaborating with all arms of government in order to maintain the checks and balance expressed in the constitution, and discourage partisan politics which must yield to patriotism. Tanzania surely does not need an all-knowing, all powerful federal government;
4) Improving the quality of life of citizens by providing employment through encouragement of small businesses, improving infrastructure, rebuilding secondary and University education, rebuilding the morals of university lecturers and administrators by making university autonomous and encouraging technological grow;
5) Moving Tanzania from consumer to producing nation through policies that favor business growth, policies that grows the gross national product, improve productivity, and policies that support all the standard economic indicators;
6) Improving nation's depleted psyche by engaging functions that build the nation, by going after Fisadis either small or big fish, by demanding that Tanzanian embassies be value adding in order to positively influence lives of citizens that are outside the shores of the nation, actively protect Tanzania's interests nationally and internationally, and embark on international policies that is fair, equitable, one that respects African and Tanzanian cultural heritage in true Pan-Africanist spirit;
7) Making concerted efforts to reduce the gap between the rich and the poor by eliminating the nation's pernicious policies. I so doing, a new government can help citizens who need their burdens lifted and barriers removed, embark on progressive, forward looking, and emancipate policies that can reduce the suffering of the masses, and intensify reduction in acts that can reduce impending perilous danger;
8) Articulating and properly placing Tanzania on records for acts that support her survivability and engender patriotism in citizens and ensure that citizens will serve the nation instead of duping her;
9) Providing good training for our teachers both at primary and Secondary levels because they are our first line of providing good education and we must compensate them adequately;
10) Moving Tanzania toward new United Republic in order to keep power as close to the local level as possible so that they too can smell, taste, and know that power belongs to them. Politics is an act in resource control by making the dividend of resources to be enjoyed by majority. In such a case, local and state governments may be able to control resources better than federal with federal having an overall oversight responsibility;

11) Fighting hard when the stakes are high, close ranks and come together when the contest is over, and not embark on a do-or-die political strategy that encourages vote purchasing.
12) Discouraging self-succession of ineffective leaders within the party by promising God/Allah that a leader within such political party would only go for one term but pray that a stellar performance would let citizens ask for a second term;
13) Fighting for disadvantaged citizens. Other citizens had fought hard in order for the so-called leaders within the party to have chances to lead in light of the myriad of their social, educational, economic, and family circumstances;
14) Fighting to enhance interstate commerce by discouraging the use of religious, tribal, regional, and social circumstances as destabilization tools but encouraging unity in diversity. In other words, re-engineer Tanzania in such a way that so every child is educated, has the keys to realize his/her dreams in a nation that is united in diversity and shared values with a philosophy that is larger than race, religion, region or party;
15) Create wealth for the nation through which measurable employment would be obvious, citizens' entrepreneurial spirit would skyrocket, encourage technology transfer through all projects awarded to citizens and foreign firms, and reduce unemployment in order to reduce crime;
16) Protect our mothers, mature and young Tanzanian women through progressive and enabling African culturally related and internationally accepted women policies; and
17) Become the wind beneath the wings of citizens by encouraging and rejoicing in their successes, and lament in their failure only to become the cheerleader of their future successes.
A political party that can meet most of or the entire requirement above deserves a chance to lead a nation that is crying for help. As Tanzanians, we must be bold enough to positively change the course of our history from apathy to hope yet tender enough to make such changes relevant and work for all Tanzanians, not just a few change agents. The resulting canvassed changes are departure from the changes the despots gave to the nation and which they used for their cohesive and destructive governance. Tanzanian electorates must now choose whether to sell their votes or embark on a new journey toward a better future or make themselves and future generation a slave to the new world order and the global economies that pervade the horizon.

Kwa mfano ninaweza kupewa nafasi ya kujiunga na State Department na kutokana na uwezo wangu wa kiswahili ninaweza kupata kazi Africa Mashariki.

Hivyo haya mambo ya uraia na uzalendo, naomba myaangalie kwa kutumia angle zingine kabisa.

'Cuba', another chimed in.

'Where did he die?'

By this time the message was clear.

'You young fellows', Mwalimu chided, 'I expected you to be internationalists, not petty nationalsts!'

Ningeshauri msome posti # 40 ya ndugu Mwanakijiji. Kwa upande wangu mimi ni moja ya analysis nzuri sana. Na anachosema ninakipitia kwa karibu miaka mitano sasa.

Na nitatoa mifano kwanza kwa kutumia maendeleo ya sayansi. Katika maendeleo sayansi binadamu alianza kujaribu na kubahatisha. Katika kufanya hivyo formula za vitu mbalimbali zikaanza kupatikana. Lakini hakuweza kutumia formula ya tatizo moja kutatua tatizo jingine. Na kulikuwa hakuna analysis yoyote.

Kipindi cha European Renaissance na kuendelea binadamu akaboresha formula zake za kutatua matatizo. Formula za kihisabati zikaanza kutumika kuelezea matatizo mbalimbali. Wanafalsafa kama Sir Newton waliamini kuwa dunia inaumbwa kwa siri za kihisabati. Hivyo tatizo lolote ni lazima liwe na formula ya kihisabati.

Lakini baadaye ikaanza kueleweka kuwa matatizo mengine ni chaotic na random. Na matatizo haya hayana deterministic formula za kihisabati. Kwa mfano dalili ya mvua ni mawingu. Lakini si lazima mawingu yanapotokea,basi mvua itanyesha.

Nikirudi kwenye posti zenu, mtazamo wa Nyerere, Che Guevara, Fanon na wanamapinduzi wengine ni sawa na mtazamo wa dunia kuundwa kwa kutumia milinganyo mbalimbali ya kihisabati. Na kwamba ugunduzi wa mlinganyo wa mapinduzi na uhuru unaweza kuwakomboa watu wenye matatizo. Kwa information zilizopo sasa, mtazamo huu una upungufu mkubwa kwa sababu wanamapinduzi wenyewe wana motives mbalimbali mojawapo ni kupata madaraka na kutawala kama waliowaondoa.

Kwa upande wangu matatizo yetu ni very fluid na chaotic. Hivyo mbinu alizotumia Che Guevara ni sahihi kwa kipindi kile kwa sababu ufahamu ulikuwa mdogo, kile mwanakijiji anachoita fog of war. Kipindi kile ilikuwa inakubalika kuwa ukisaidia Angola kupata uhuru, basi watu masikini wa nchi hile watafaidika na vilevile watakuwa tayari kukusaidia pale utakapopata matatizo ya mafuta. Kwa sasa hivi mapinduzi au uhuru ni lazima uambatane na good governance, technocrats, check and balance, na mambo mengine mengi..

Badilisha uongozi wa sasa wa juu wa nchi, na wanamapinduzi bora hapa JF na unaweza kupata matokeo mabaya kuliko yanayotokea sasa. Kuna watu wanachangia vizuri sana hapa kwa sababu BOT ina watoto wa vigogo wengi na yeye alinyimwa nafasi hiyo.

Tukirudi kwenye uraia, Tanzania haiwezi kuendelezwa huku ikijijengea ukuta wa kutotaka mabadiliko ya kidunia. Kama kuna mtanzania ambaye anaweza kuchukua uraia wa nchi nyingine na kuweza kuleta mabadiliko kwa watanzania wachache ni afadhari zaidi kuliko mtanzania huyo kubakia nyumbani na kuwa mzigo kwa taifa.

Sasa huu uchaguzi wa 2010, utaweza vipi kutuletea Uhuru huo ikiwa sisi wenyewe bado tuna matumaini ndani ya chama ambacho ni mlezi wa Mafisadi!..Viongozi wote tunaowategemea toka JK mwenyewe, Mwandosya, Kigoda, Magufuli, Asha Rose Migiro na sijui kina nani wote hakuna hata mmoja wao aliyethubutu kufungua mdomo wake kuhusiana na Mafisadi..Tunawaona kina Mengi na Zitto ni wachawi hawatakiwi, wana wivu na chuki, Dr. Slaa tunaambiwa Chadema haifai kuongoza, Mwakyembe na Mama Kilango tayari wameisha pata washindani dhidi yao..
Hadi sasa hivi hakuna mgombea yeyote aliyejitokeza ktk majimbo waliyokamata Mafisadi toka chama tawala zaidi ya fununu za hapa na pale..

Articulating and properly placing Tanzania on records for acts that support her survivability and engender patriotism in citizens and ensure that citizens will serve the nation instead of duping her;
9) Providing good training for our teachers both at primary and Secondary levels because they are our first line of providing good education and we must compensate them adequately;
10) Moving Tanzania toward new United Republic in order to keep power as close to the local level as possible so that they too can smell, taste, and know that power belongs to them. Politics is an act in resource control by making the dividend of resources to be enjoyed by majority. In such a case, local and state governments may be able to control resources better than federal with federal having an overall oversight responsibility;

11) Fighting hard when the stakes are high, close ranks and come together when the contest is over, and not embark on a do-or-die political strategy that encourages vote purchasing.
12) Discouraging self-succession of ineffective leaders within the party by promising God/Allah that a leader within such political party would only go for one term but pray that a stellar performance would let citizens ask for a second term;
13) Fighting for disadvantaged citizens. Other citizens had fought hard in order for the so-called leaders within the party to have chances to lead in light of the myriad of their social, educational, economic, and family circumstances;
14) Fighting to enhance interstate commerce by discouraging the use of religious, tribal, regional, and social circumstances as destabilization tools but encouraging unity in diversity. In other words, re-engineer Tanzania in such a way that so every child is educated, has the keys to realize his/her dreams in a nation that is united in diversity and shared values with a philosophy that is larger than race, religion, region or party;
15) Create wealth for the nation through which measurable employment would be obvious, citizens' entrepreneurial spirit would skyrocket, encourage technology transfer through all projects awarded to citizens and foreign firms, and reduce unemployment in order to reduce crime;
16) Protect our mothers, mature and young Tanzanian women through progressive and enabling African culturally related and internationally accepted women policies; and
17) Become the wind beneath the wings of citizens by encouraging and rejoicing in their successes, and lament in their failure only to become the cheerleader of their future successes.
A political party that can meet most of or the entire requirement above deserves a chance to lead a nation that is crying for help. As Tanzanians, we must be bold enough to positively change the course of our history from apathy to hope yet tender enough to make such changes relevant and work for all Tanzanians, not just a few change agents. The resulting canvassed changes are departure from the changes the despots gave to the nation and which they used for their cohesive and destructive governance. Tanzanian electorates must now choose whether to sell their votes or embark on a new journey toward a better future or make themselves and future generation a slave to the new world order and the global economies that pervade the horizon.

Tumenyonywa kiasi cha kutosha, tumeonewa kiasi cha kutosha, tumedharauliwa kiasi cha kutosha. Unyonge na ujinga wetu ndio umetufanya tuonewe, tuonyonwe na tudharauliwe.

Angalizo la MMKJ kuwa 2010 ni nafasi pekee kwa ajilili ya ukombozi wetu ni sahihi kabisa. Lakini suala la msingi ambalo wasomi na wanaharakati wengi tunasahau ni namna ya kuendesha mikakati yetu. Information through internate inawafikia chini ya 5% ya watanzania. Hata survey yangu kwa watu wa mjini ni chini ya 20% wanapata information through internate.

Kwa hiyo ushauri wangu ni kuwa tuanze from grassroot kuraise awareness ya watu wetu. nini wajibu wao katika ukombozi wao na wa taifa lao. Bado asilimia kubwa ya watanzainia hawaelewi nini sera mbadala ya ile ya ccm. hata vyama vyetu vya upinani vinabakia kuwa mjini zaidi.

Ndugu MMKJ tunaomba mikakati yako ni kwa vipi tuwaendee wananchi katika grassroot. Vingenevyo tunaishia katika mitandao na watu wetu wanaendelea kuwa kama kondoo asiye na mchungaji

Njia rahisi sana ilikuwa ni kuwepo kwa Mgombea Binafsi, lakini kama hakuna Mgombea Binafsi sioni mwanga wowote mwisho wa tanuru! Kuwaendea wananchi ndani ya mwaka mmoja na kuwafanya waelewe uovu wa CCM si rahisi kwa sababu tayari cCM wanajua udhaifu wa wananchi hasa wa vijijini na watautumia kikamilifu ili kujipatia ushindi.

Ndiyo mkuu katika majimbo ya mafisadi mimi ndiye niliejitolea kupambana na Basil Mramba.

Then na sio uchaguzi wa 2010. Mkuu mimi nataka kuona Watanzania vijana wenye elimu, Kisomo wakisimama kumenyana na mafisadi ktk majimbo yao 2010. Nitafurahi sana kuona wasomi wa London wakijitokeza kwa wingi ktk majimbo ya kina Lowassa, Rostam, Chenge, na kadhalika ili tuweke matumaini makubwa ya ushindi kwani sasa hivi tegemeo letu kubwa ni Upinzani. Sasa ikiwa mtajiandikisha sasa hivi au kuweka nadhir kugombea toka sasa hivi bila shaka tutajenga tumaini kuwa hata kama Upinzani wasiposhinda bado tutakuwa na mtu safi toka chama tawala. Kinyume cha hapo hakuna harufu wala sioni cheche za Uhuru..
