      Wakubwa nawasalimu
      Baada ya salamu naomba kuwauliza natamani kuanzisha biashara ya kuosha magari na pikipiki hapa jijini Dar es Salaam. kwa wazoefu wa biashara je aina hii ya biashara inaweza kulipa na kama ndio nifanye nini nifanikiwe?

      Mkuu KAGOMBA, hongera kwa kufikiria kuanzisha biashara ya kuosha magari; lakini swali lako liko general sana, kwani fursa yeyote ya biashara hutegemea mahitaji ya eneo husika. Kutokana na swali lako hukuonyesha ni eneo gani, ikiwa mtu yupo katika mji ambao hauna magari mengi anaweza kutoa ushauri wa tofauti au akiwa kwenye mji ambao kuna shida ya maji ataweza kuwa na mtazamo wa tofauti. Lakini kabla ya kuanza biashara yeyote unapaswa kufanya upembuzi yakinifu, huu unatakiwa kufanya mwenyewe kwa biashara ndogo ili kuweza kupata taarifa sahihi.

      UPEMBUZI YAKINIFU:


      Kabla ya kuanza biashara, ni lazima kufanya upembuzi yakinifu ili uweze kugundua kama biashara hiyo inafaa au la na kuepuka kupata hasara.

      Misingi ya upembuzi yakinifu:


      Baada ya kuchagua fursa au aina ya biashara, hatua inayofuata ni kufanya upembuzi yakinifu ili kujua kama mradi huo utakuwa biashara muafaka. Kwa kuwa kuanzisha biashara ni uwekezaji wa muda na fedha, unatakiwa kuhakikisha kuwa hakuna vikwazo vitakavyopingana na mawazo yako kabla ya kuwekeza. Kusudio la upembuzi yakinifu ni kutambua vikwazo hivyo. Upembuzi yakinifu unaangalia maeneo makuu matatu ambapo hoja za msingizitapatiwa ufumbuzi:


      1. Uchambuzi wa masoko
      2. Uchambuzi wa muundo na utaalamu unaohitajika
      3. Uchambuzi wa masuala ya fedha

      Uchambuzi wa masoko:


      1. Kuna mahitaji kiasi gani ya sasa au yanayotarajiwa ya bidhaa au huduma unazotegemea kutoa?
      2. Unalenga masoko gani kwa bidhaa au huduma hizo?
      3. Wateja wako wana tabia zipi zinazofanana?
      4. Wapo wangapi?
      5. Utahitaji kiasi gani cha bidhaa nahuduma kwenye mradi?
      6. Kuna ushindani kiasi gani unaoendelea katika soko?
      7. Je, unaweza kujipatia soko maalum litakalokuwezesha kushindana kikamilifu na wanaozalisha bidhaa au kutoa huduma kama yako?
      8. Je, kuna uwezekano wa mahali utakapoweka biashara yako kuathiri mafanikio? Kama ndivyo, hapo ndipo mahali muafaka
      9. panapofaa?



      Uchambuzi wa muundo na utaalam unaohitajika:


      1. Ni muundo upi sahihi kwa mradi wako?
      2. Nani watakuwa wajumbe wa bodi kama itakuwapo?
      3. Sifa zipi zinahitajika kusimamia biashara yako?
      4. Nani atasimamia biashara na nini mahitaji ya watumishi wengine?
      5. Una mahitaji gani ya teknolojia kwa biashara iliyokusudiwa?
      6. Biashara yako itahitaji vifaa gani vingine?
      7. Utapata wapi teknolojia na vifaa hivyo?
      8. Ni jinsi gani uwezo wako kupata teknolojia na vifaa hivyo kutaathiri uanzishaji wa biashara yako?
      9. Teknolojia na vifaa hivyo vitagharimu kiasi gani?



      Uchambuzi wa masuala ya fedha:


      1. Gharama za uanzishaji: Hizi ni gharama zinazohitajika kuanzisha biashara mpya kwa mfano ardhi, majengo, vifaa n.k. Gharama hizi zinaweza kuwa mikopo kutoka katika taasisi zinazotoa mikopo.
      2. Gharama za uendeshaji: Gharama hizi hulipwa wakati wa kuendesha biashara, mfano kodi ya pango, huduma za umma na ujira.
      3. Kukadiria mapato: Utapangaje bei ya bidhaa na huduma? Nini makadirio ya mapato kwa mwezi?
      4. Huduma za kifedha: Benki au taasisi zipi za kifedha utakazozifuata kupata mikopo?
      5. Faida: Je, biashara itapata faida au hasara? Faida itaongezwaje?



      Mkuu, naamini ukijibu maswali katika kila kipengele utakuwa umepata majibu; jitahidi kufanya upembuzi huu wewe mwenyewe. Nakutakia kila la kheri.....!!!
