HARARE, Zimbabwe, Jan. 21 (UPI) -- A report by the independent Zimbabwe Election Support Network says 27 percent of the names on Zimbabwe's voter rolls are those of deceased people.

A computer test "revealed 2,344 people born between 1901 and 1909 aged between 101 and 110 years old. It also revealed nine people born between 1890 and 1900 aged between 111 and 120 years old.

There were 93 children below one year old," the report said, The Telegraph reported Friday.

The ZANU-PF Party of President Robert Mugabe has said Zimbabwe will vote this year to end the longtime leader's power-sharing arrangement with Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai's Movement for Democratic Change, which is approaching the two-year mark.

Zimbabwe's electoral commission said a clean voters' list is not in the cards this year due to lack of funds.
