    Papai, tunda lenye ladha nzuri kama sukari, siyo tu ni tamu kulila, lakini ni chanzo kikuu cha virutubisho muhimu vinavyotoa kinga ya mwili dhidi ya magonjwa mbalimbali, yakiwemo yale hatari ambayo huchukua maisha ya watu kila kukicha.

    Leo soma faida za tunda hili ili ujiepushe na maradhi ambayo hutokea pale mwili unapokuwa na kinga ya mwili dhaifu kinga dhidi ya magonjwa ya moyo utaona kwamba maradhi ya moyo yana kinga karibu katika kila tunda au chakula cha asili.

    Wiki mbili zilizopita tumeona vyakula kama karanga, korosho vinavyoweza kutoa kinga dhidi ya magonjwa ya moyo, wiki hii pia tunaona papai nalo limo kwenye orodha ya vyakula vinavyotoa kinga ya ugonjwa huo.

    Inaelezwa kuwa papai ni kinga ya ugonjwa wa moyo unaotokana na kuziba kwa mishipa ya damu (atherosclerosis ) na ule unaotokana na kupatwa na kisukari (diabetic heart disease). Kwa kula papai mara kwa mara, unajiepusha na magonjwa hayo yanayosababisha kifo haraka.

    HUIMARISHA MFUMO USAGAJI CHAKULA
    Papai pia limeonesha kuwa na uwezo mkubwa sana wa kutoa kinga dhidi ya ugonjwa wa saratani ya utumbo ambayo hutokana na mtu kuwa na matatizo katika mfumo wake wa usagaji chakula. Papai huboresha mfumo mzima wa usagaji chakula na kumfanya mtu kupata choo laini na hivyo kujiepusha na madhara ya kukosa choo kwa muda mrefu ambayo humuweka mtu katika hatari ya kupatwa na kansa ya tumbo.

    KINGA DHIDI YA UVIMBE NA VIDONDA
    Watu wanaosumbuliwa na majipu au kutokewa na mauvimbe ya ajabu ajabu na kupatwa vidonda mara kwa mara, inatokana na kutokuwa na virutubisho muhimu ambavyo hupatikana kwenye tunda hili. Imegundulika kuwa, watu wenye matatizo hayo wanapotumia papai au virutubisho vyake, hupata nafuu haraka na kupona.

    KINGA YA MWILI
    Vitamin C na Vitamin A ambayo inapatikana mwilini kutokana na kirutubisho aina ya ‘beta-carotene’ kilichomo kwenye papai, ni muhuimu sana kwa kuimarisha mfumo wa kinga ya mwili dhidi ya magonjwa yanayojirudia mara kwa mara kama vile mafua, maambukizi ya sikio, kikohoo, n.k

    NURU YA MACHO
    Kama karoti inavyoaminika katika kuimarisha nuru ya macho, papai nalo ni miongoni mwa tunda hilo. Imeelezwa kuwa watu wanaotumia tunda hili hujipa kinga madhubuti ya macho na pia kudhibiti kasi ya kuzeeka ambayo hutokana na kuongezeka kwa umri wa mtu.



    TIBA YA MAPAFU
    Kama wewe ni mvutaji sigara mzuri au mtu ambaye katika mazingira yako unayoishi unakumbana na moshi wa sigara, basi utumiaji wa vyakula vyenye kiwango kikubwa cha vitamin A kama papai, kutakuepusha na kupatwa na madhara yatokanayo na moshi wa sigara.

    SARATANI YA KIBOFU

    Ni kweli Kabisa Kaka,hatupo serious na Chakula,hatuzingatii kabisa nn tunakula na kwa nn,sisi tunajilia tu ili mradi tushibe!! Na sehemu kubwa ya budget ya wanaume wengi wa kitanzania huenda kwenye Ngono,Pombe na yatokanayo!!!
