Zijue faida za juisi za matunda mwilini

    Juisi ni kinywaji bora na maarufu duniani, lakini ni vyeme ukajua juisi ipi ina faida mwilini na ipi haina faida yoyote. Katika zama tulizonazo, kumezuka aina nyingi za vinywaji vinavyoitwa juisi, wakati si juisi bali ni vinywaji vyenye ladha ya matunda mbalimbali.

    Juisi ni kinywaji kilichotengenezwa kutokana na tunda halisi au mboga na si mchanganyiko wa maji na kemikali nyingine zenye ladha ya matunda na kupewa majina kama juisi ya machungwa, nanasi, zabibu, n.k. Mara nyingi vinywaji hivyo huwekewa sukari na kemikali nyingine za kuhifahdia (preservertives) ili zisiharibike, ambavyo kiafya havikubaliki.

    Licha ya kutumia jusi halisi kama kinywaji tu, juisi pia hutoa kinga na tiba kwa maradhi mbalimbali. Iwapo mtu atatengeneza mchanganyiko maalum wa matunda na kutayarisha juisi maalum na kuinywa, anaweza kupata kinga na tiba ya matatizo mbalimbali ya kiafya kama ilivyoanishwa hapa chini:

    KAROTI+ KITUNGUU SWAUMU + EPO
    Juisi ya mchanganyiko wa karoti, kitunguu swaumu na epo (apple) husafisha sumu mwilini na kuupa mwili nguvu.

    EPO+TANGO+FIGILI
    Juisi ya mchanganyiko wa tunda la epo, tango na mboga ya majani aina ya Figili (celery) hutoa kinga ya saratani, hupunguza mafuta ya kolestro mwilini na huondoa hali ya kuchafuka kwa tumbo na kuumwa kichwa.

    NYANYA+KAROTI+EPO
    Juisi ya mchanganyiko wa nyanya, karoti na epo huboresha rangi ya ngozi na huondoa harufu mbaya mdomoni.

    CHUNGWA+TANGAWIZI+TANGO
    Juisi ya mchanayiko wa machungwa, tangawizi na matango huboresha ngozi na hushusha joto la mwili.

    NANASI+EPO+TIKITI MAJI
    Juisi ya mchangayiko wa nanasi, epo na tikitimaji huondoa mlundikano wa chumvi mwilini, husafisha kibofu cha mkojo pamoja na figo. Hii ina maana kwamba juisii hii ni kinga tosha dhidi ya magonjwa ya kibofu cha mkojo na figo.

    KAROTI+EPO+PEASI+EMBE
    Juisi ya mchangayiko wa karoti, epo, peasi na embe hushusha joto la mwili, huondoa sumu mwilini, hushusha shinikizo la damu na hupambana na matatizo ya kupumua.

    PAPAI+NANASI+MAZIWA
    Mchanganyiko wa papai, nanasi na maziwa, ambao una kiwango kikubwa cha vitamin C, E na Chuma (Iron), huboresha rangi ya ngozi na kuifanya iwe nyororo na husaidia mmeng’enyo wa chakula tumboni (metabolism).

    NDIZI+NANASI+MAZIWA
    Nao mchangayiko wa ndizi, nanasi na maziwa una vitamin nyingi na virutubisho vingi na huondoa tatizo la ukosefu wa choo.

    Kwa ujumla, juisi ya mchanganyiko wa matunda hayo ukitumiwa kama ipasavyo hutoa kinga tosha dhidi ya magonjwa mbalimbali ya mwili na huweza pia kuwa tiba ya magonjwa yaliyotajwa hapo awali. Ili uone faida za matunda katika suala zima la afya ya mwanadamu, jenga mazoe ya kula matunda hayo kabla hujapatwa na maradhi, kwani kwa kufanya hivyo utaupa mwili wako ile kinga yake ya asili ya kupambana na adui maradhi.

    Katika ulimwengu wa vyakula, inafahamika na kuaminika kuwa chakula ni dawa. Chakula unachokula leo ndicho kinachoamua hali yako ya kiafya kesho. Unaweza kuishi bila kuugua kama ukila vyakula vyote muhimu vinavyohitajika mwilini.

    Leo nitakutajia orodha ya juisi zilizotengenezwa kwa matunda na mboga na fadia zake mwilini. Katika orodha hii, utaona kuna mchanganyiko wa matunda au mboga mbili hadi nne na kazi zake mwilini, zikitumika kama tiba au kinga ya magonjwa.

    KAROTI, TANGAWIZI NA TUFAHA
    Juisi yenye mchanganyiko wa matunda hayo matatu huondoa sumu mwilini na kuimarisha mfumo wa kinga ya mwili. Tufaha ndiyo apple kwa Kiingereza.

    TUFAHA, TANGO NA FIGILI
    Juisi yenye mchanganyiko wa matunda haya ni kinga dhidi ya saratani, huondoa lehemu (cholestrol) mwilini, husafisha tumbo na pia huondoa maumivu ya kichwa.

    NYANYA, KAROTI NA TUFAHA
    Juisi yenye mchanganyiko wa matunda haya hufanya ngozi ya mwili mzima kuwa nyororo na huondoa harufu mbaya mdomoni.


    TANGO CHUNGU, TUFAHA NA TANGO LA KAWAIDA

    Juisi yenye mchanganyiko wa matunda haya huondoa harufu mbaya mdomoni na hupunguza joto la mwili.

    CHUNGWA, TANGAWIZI NA TANGO
    Juisi yenye mchanganyiko wa matunda haya hung’arisha rangi ya ngozi na kuifanya kuwa laini. Pia hupunguza joto la mwili. Kwa wale wenye matatizo ya kuwa na ngozi kavu, juisi hii itawasaidia sana.

    NANASI, TUFAHA NA TIKITIMAJI
    Juisi yenye mchanganyiko wa matunda haya hufanya kazi ya kuondoa chumvi nyingi mwilini, husafisha kibofu cha mkojo na figo. Juisi hii ni nzuri kwa wale wenye matatizo ya kibofu na figo au wanaotaka kujikinga na magonjwa hayo.

    TUFAHA, TANGO NA ‘KIWI’
    Juisi yenye mchanganyiko wa matunda haya hung’arisha rangi ya ngozi. Kiwi ni aina ya matunda ambayo hujulikana pia kama ‘matunda-damu’.

    PEASI NA NDIZI
    Juisi yenye mchanganyiko wa matunda haya hurekebisha kiwango cha sukari katika damu. Inawafaa sana wagonjwa wa kisukari na inaweza kuwa sawa na kinga dhidi ya ugonjwa huo.

    KAROTI, PEASI, TUFAHA NA EMBE
    Juisi yenye mchanganyiko wa matunda haya huzuia athari ya sumu mwilini, hupunguza shinikizo la damu na kuondoa mlundikano wa uchafu mwilini.

    MASEGA YA ASALI, ZABIBU, TIKITIMAJI NA MAZIWA
    Juisi yenye mchanganyiko huu huwa na kiasi kikubwa cha Vitamin C na Vitamin B2 ambazo huimarisha chembechembe hai na kinga ya mwili.

    PAPAI, NANASI NA MAZIWA
    Juisi hii ina kiwango kikubwa cha Vitamin C, E na madini chuma. Huimarisha rangi ya ngozi na mfumo wa usagaji wa chakula tumboni.


    NDIZI, NANASI NA MAZIWA

    Juisi hii yenye kiasi kikubwa cha vitamini na virutubisho mbalimbali vyenye faida mwilini, huzuia tatizo la ukosefu wa choo.

    Ili kupata faida hizo zilizoainishwa katika kundi la matunda hayo, usafi wa matunda yenyewe hauna budi kuzingatiwa wakati wa kutayarisha juisi yake. Vilevile hakikisha unatumia matunda yaliyoiva vizuri na uyatayarishe kwa kuzingatia kanuni ya ‘mtu ni afya’.

    Unaweza kutumia mashine maalumu ya kukamulia matunda (blender) au kutumia njia ya asili ya kutwanga kwa kinu maalumu na kupata juisi hiyo. Kama utaongeza sukari, inashauriwa kuweka kiasi kidogo sana. Ni bora zaidi usipoweka sukari, kwa sababu matunda mengi yana sukari ya asili

    Figili kwa kirengesa/kiingereza ni radish. Ona picha hapa link figili
    Kiwi ,tunda utaona picha hapa link kiwi lakini kiwi pia ni kinyama/ndege.link kiwindege

    Tango chungu yawezekana kuwa ni hili link tangochungu, waswahili huita tikiti(watermelon) tangomaji/tango tamu.

    mimi ni mvivu sana wa kula breakfast, lakini mchanganyiko huu ambao nautumia asubuhi kabla sijaenda job, umenisaidia sana;

    plain yogurt, maembe, ndizi na parachii yote nachanganya kwenye blender alafu napiga glass 2.

    yaani hapo njaa hainitafuni mpaka lunch time.

    kibongobongo juice nyingi utakuta ni mchanganyiko wa passion, embe, tango, karoti, na mara chache utakuta wengine wanaongeza parachichi na tangawizi, vipi hapo huo machanganyiko ni mzuri kwa afya???

    While the fruits and veggies packed into each recipe above should stimulate and deeply satisfy every cell due to all the nutrients, for a more filling breakfast smoothie add one or more of these protein and healthy fat dense goodies:

    Nuts- almonds, cashews, brazil nuts, macadamia
    Seeds- sunflower, sesame, pumpkin, flax, hemp, chia!
    Mylk-nut/seed/oat mylk…all non dairy [​IMG]
    Oil- flax, coconut, hemp, avocado

    TIBA YA JUISI YA MATUNDA NA MBOGA (FRESH VEGETABLE AND FRUIT THERAPY)

    Mungu alipomuumba binadamu chakula alichokiandaa kwa ajili yake ni kile kinachotokana na mimea yaani matunda na mboga za majani. Vyakula hivi licha ya kuwa chakula pia ni dawa inayotibu maradhi mbalimbali katika mwili wa binadamu. Vyakula vyenye asili ya mimea vikiliwa vikiwa katika hali ya ubichi (raw, uncooked and unprocessed) vinaipa miili yetu viini lishe (nutritional elements/enzymes) ambazo hufanya miili yetu iwe katika uwiano sawa na hivyo kuwa katika afya njema.

    Vyakula hivi vikipikwa katika joto la zaidi ya 120[SUP]o[/SUP]F viini lishe hudhoofu (become sluggish). Vikipikwa katika joto linalozidi 130[SUP]o[/SUP]F viini lishe hivyo hufa kabisa, hivyo tunapovila miili yetu hukosa uwiano sawa wa virutusho muhimu (essential elements) kwani vyakula hivyo huwa vimepoteza ubora wake (devitalized foods). Hali hii kitalaam huitwa ‘TOXEMIA'. Hapa ndipo tunaanza kusikia kengele ya asili ambayo Mungu kaiweka miilini mwetu yaani maumivu au hali ya kutojisikia vizuri na hatimaye tunapatwa na magonjwa. Miili yetu kupatwa na magonjwa huenda sambamba pia na ulaji wa vyakula vyenye asili ya nyama.

    Ashukuriwe Mwenyezi Mungu kwamba tunaweza kupata tiba kwa kunywa juisi za matunda na mboga za majani ambazo zimechanganywa kitaalam. Kwa leo nitakuelekeza namna ya kutengeneza dawa (therapy) kwa ajili ya tatizo la kufunga au kutokupata choo vizuri (Constipation).

    Namna ya kutengeneza
    Menya matunda yote. Katakata nanasi vipande vidogo vidogo ujaze kikombe. Weka vipande vya nanasi ulivyokatakata katika blender. Weka pia papai lote (na mbegu zake ukiona sawa) na nusu kipande cha chungwa. Koroga upate juisi mchanganyiko. Kwa manufaa zaidi usiichuje hiyo juisi bali uinywe hivyo hivyo kwani nyuzi nyuzi (fibres) za matunda hayo hufanyika fagio la uchafu katika utumbo mpana (Colon) na utumbo mdogo. Utapata majibu yake kwa kwenda choo.
